the product is disgustingly sweet. The comment no added sugar is so ridiculous as they added lots of sweeteners which we know are not good for us.

Very happy with the ultra muscle

Very happy with the ultra muscle, seen some good gains and tastes great, especially the salted caramel. Delivery was quick, with regular updates. Very happy, will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered during black Friday

Ordered during black Friday, got some great prices for products - a new shaker bottle arrived damaged - quick email to customer services saw 2 brand new ones arrive just 2 days later - proper old fashioned customer care - thanks!

Great stuff

Great stuff, creatine and vegan protein are my favourite. Good taste, mixing well and works.

I needed a higher protein count and…

I needed a higher protein count and found it in the Ultra muscle protein powder. Mixes well and the vanilla flavour is not too sweet.
Postage took longer than I expected, hence the four stars.

Easy ordering

Easy ordering, good prices and double quick delivery. The protein products i received were both tasty and helped me get going again in the gym.Best products I’ve used over the years

Poor customer service

Poor customer service, parcel was delivered to the wrong address, 1 week after and still no answer.

Thanks for taking the time to write us a review and apologies again regarding the issues you had with delivery.

We dispatched your order in a timely manner however on this occasion the courier has delivered to an incorrect location.

I can see we raised an investigation with the courier and this was communicated back to yourself so I can only thank you for your patience and understanding.

Unfortunately, with any courier delays/missing parcels can occur and we do our best to follow the relevant procedures and resolve for the customer as soon as possible.

I can see that you have been provided with a full refund.

Once a parcel leaves us we do put our faith in the courier so I can only apologise again for the troubles you had with your order.

Great chocolate bars

Great chocolate bars, not as sweet as I remembered them but I think that they are healthier than they used to be, ie less salt fats and sugars. However it’s still a satisfying bar and there is a whopping 18gm of protein in each pack. The pack is split in to two portions which I like as you can spread your protein income throughout the day.

Both times I have ordered Evri has lost…

Both times I have ordered Evri has lost my order. First time was sent out another order. 2nd time I have had a refund so not a great experience

Thanks for taking the time to write us a review.

I am sorry to hear that you have issues with the courier however we do have other courier and delivery options available.

Issues some customers may have with certain couriers isn't within our control I am afraid and is the reason we offer various delivery options.

Your order was placed on October 15th at 20.22pm and we subsequently dispatched this the next day - once the order leaves us it is in the hands of the courier.

We are of course happy to chase and provide updates as and where needed.

As you have mentioned, we have already refunded this for you.
