BUYER BEWARE!!! nice jewelry but charged over £50 for import tax without being warned 2weeks after I bought goods. contacted company who's answer implied that it was my fault because UK voted to leave EU and this has had consequences

Vi købte før jul et par øreringe til min datter, som blev færdiguddannet i januar som bioanalytiker men pga Corona restriktioner var det først muligt at give hende dem her for en uges tid siden. Desværre kunne min datter ikke så godt lide dem, så jeg kontaktede firmaet for at høre, om de kunne byttes. Men så ABSOLUT NEJ, det kunne de ikke, fordi det var for længe siden, at vi havde købt dem. Det var jeg jo godt klar over, men jeg troede måske naivt, at fordi hele Europa har Corona restriktioner og fordi de stadig sælger øreringene i deres webshop, at så kunne de være så large, at det kunne lade sig gøre. Der var ikke meget kunne service der. De var hverken til at hukke eller stikke i øv :( Så skriv endelig, hvis du står og mangler et par øreringe med petris skåle

I ordered the Orion necklace for my wife as it had personal meaning to her with regards to her late father. The necklace itself was beautiful, but 3 weeks after arriving, it broke. My wife was very careful with this and I expected better, considering the price. I regarded the original as faulty and requested a replacement. The company told me to get a jeweller to mend it! They then offered a 20% discount if I was to buy another.

I got the Vertical Serotonin Necklace as a gift after wanting it for a long time. I'm not really one to wear jewelry but I've worn it everyday since I got it. It is beautiful! It's a bit pricey but I'd say it's worth it.

The item ordered had a specific date it would be in stock, I recieved the piece about a week later than this date. The ring itself was beautiful, and bought as a gift for a milestone birthday. Unfortunately though, 3 weeks after arriving, the ring has snapped. Even after being very careful with it and following the recommended care instructions. I expected a little better, considering the price.

Beautiful jewellery. I received the heart as necklace (50 cm length) as a present, it’s very detailed and well done.
Very helpful and friendly staff.
