Fantastic with nervous patients!
I was nervous for my treatment as it was an extraction of a wisdom tooth and I’ve never had an extraction before & I was in a lot of pain . I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment, filled in the required forms and was called in very quickly, checked over, x-rayed, given my options which I chose to have the tooth removed & then the extraction itself were all done within 1hr. My appointment was for 8.10pm I was at home for 9pm. My dentist was Dr Shyam Patel & Demi and Liv assisted, everyone made me feel so at ease and relaxed, I was talked through my whole procedure, asked multiple times if I was ok, reassured if I needed a break that was absolutely fine, but I was put that much at ease it was all done in one go. Numbing injections were gentle and it was all round a lovely experience for a visit to the dentist. It has made me more open to having other wisdom teeth removed if needed rather then trying to live with the pain due to scaremongering from other dentists. The cost for the whole procedure was about £250 and I’d pay it time and time again for the service you receive. I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else for treatment now!

Superb dental clinic
I had an emergency tooth removal here (I was in extreme pain) and the dental surgeon who saw me was outstanding. After local anaesthesia, I felt no pain and he removed my tooth quite fast. My recovery was quick and after a follow-up, there were no complications.
Scott Arms Dentist clearly employs only the most outstanding and skilled dentists. Staff are incredibly friendly and lovely. Definitely feel like I'm in good hands when I visit the dentist!

Excellent service
I called for an emergency appointment at 9am and I was seen just over 2 hours later by Dr Nikki Gallagher and her team who were amazing. Nikki was professional, kind and made me feel at ease. I am really pleased with the outcome of my appointment today. Highly recommend Dr Nikki Gallagher. All the staff were very friendly 😃

I was able to get an emergency dental…
I was able to get an emergency dental appointment quickly and was even offered alternative time slots, which was really helpful. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and polite. The dentist I saw was empathetic, efficient, took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel at ease throughout the visit. I would definitely recommend this practice to others.

Great service yet again been multiple times when ive had tooth issues. Easy to book lots of times available and such lovely staff from reception to dentist and dental nurses and have always sorted out my issue. Thank you

I had Dr Demi Patel as an emergency appointment, she was absolutely amazing as well as her assistant, I didn’t manage to catch her name. I have never had a dentist like her. The receptionists were also amazing, they were very helpful and friendly. Also such a calm environment. This experience has actually made me question going private and keeping this dental surgery as my go to rather than being on the NHS at a different dental practice. I have no complaints what so ever. Thank you all for your help, it was seriously appreciated by me and my girlfriend :)x
