Scottish Transfers Opiniones 

I have used saltire weekly for 6 months now via minicabit. The service is variable to say the least. Every Thursday morning I receive a text between 3-4 am asking for my flight number so they can track the flight. I don’t know why they do this as they never track it and turn up and random times blaming traffic. Tonight they sent a driver from
East Kilbride to Glasgow airport at 5pm expecting to get there on time. When you call looking for the taxi it’s traffic. It’s a city as a taxi service surely you take into account there will be traffic. Sadly this is not a one off and happens regularly. If Minicabit insist on using this company I will find alternative methods of transport.

Terrible service. We waited driver half an hour without any call. We called several times to office, but nothing happened. Not recommend to use that service.

My driver Margaret was great, so friendly and super helpful with my first trip to Edinburgh. The pick up from the airport was smooth and her communication before hand was amazing. Would definitely recommend Salthire!

Great service today from your company.
You picked us up from Travelodge in Queen St and dropped off Hydro. Returned to pick up on time for our return trip.
Very helpful and promised to make a booking for the same journey on 27th April.
Your drivers are helpful and friendly and will keep the contact number for all my future visit to Glasgow.

Magz arrived before the scheduled time. She was very nice and accommodating thus making the journey to the airport not dragging. The ride was very smooth and we arrived safely.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Booking.com booked wrong date but was assured by 2 agents on the 12th that my taxi had been rescheduled for 13th 850am and was paid for. I taxi arrived the call agent this morning was rude and unhelpful and the agent tonight same poor service he was rhea gent that promised it was rescheduled avoid like the plague

Great. Paul was very punctual, good communication, really nice manner, friendly and helpful with lots of children in the car! Much appreciated :) highly recommend.

Both come and go drivers, Yaqub and David, where very professional as well as very human! Good to talk, chat, and share. Excellent taxi company - would book them any time...

Used company (Saltire Private Hire) for first time last week. 30 mins late for 1st pick up. Then return journey back from concert at Hampden Park,after trying to get in contact with company with no success for more than an hour after arranged pick up time. The company cancelled job through the app. Appaling service. Will never use company again. And spoiled what was a very enjoyable trip to Glasgow.

I booked a taxi but the driver never showed up. When I phoned the service with the booking reference, the person said they had never received the booking even though their name and number were on my confirmation. The person then called me a cow and hung up. Unacceptable service.

Scottish Transfers — especially driver Ali, made my year and new start so much better already. Finally moving back to Scotland from the south of England, after lots of personal hard times and a stressful last-minute house move on top of that, Ali came to pick us up, to drive ahead of the moving van. Without waking us up, Ali had already turned up all the way from Scotland at the wee hours in the morning, to make sure he was well on time, such a thoughtful, well-organised thing to do, just goes above and beyond.

And he was so professional, genuine, helpful and kind. He even helped out with extra house stuff as we were stuck for van space, and was so nice about my cat coming along as well, and for me, just making sure we had all the comfort in the world for the long trip ahead. Cushions, asking if and which music I'd prefer, regularly asking if the cat's ok, offered a coffee, etc. He was so nice to talk to as well. Pure friendly, considerate, reliable. Faith in people = restored. Really reminded me of how lovely most people in Scotland can be, which made me feel relieved, proud and excited to soon be back in Scotland again. After weeks of stress, I finally felt relaxed and hopeful (so relaxed I actually fell asleep half the journey!). My cat went straight to sleep as well (usually my cat is loudly meowing all through any car ride), so he must have felt I was at ease and it was very smooth driving as well.

He also told me lots of info about the area we were moving to, which was so nice to learn. And he was totally right, the people really are friendly here, Kirkintilloch is a great little town with lots of green spaces around, close to Glasgow, and indeed, we definitely love it here and felt at home straight away just like he said.

Thank you so much Ali, for being so kind — you really made a difference. We'll definitely book with Scottish Transfers again whenever we need the friendliest taxi service ever.

100% reliable, helpful and friendly. Rob was available for my questions via email. The driver called me the day before, on the day of the trip he arrived even before the scheduled time and helped me with my luggage at the airport. This was my second ride with them. Everything was perfect.
