Scott memorials refurbished and reseated my grandparents headstone which was over 30 years old. I cannot fault the work. It looks beautiful and brand new. I would highly recommend them in a heartbeat. They were helpful and kept me fully informed throughout the whole process.

After the death of my lovely wife LInda , I needed a memorial , bespoke design , classic , traditional but with a modern colour which my wife and family would be proud . Visited 3 masons, only one impressed me , Paul Delaney at Scotts memorials, he understood from the start , how important this was, he listened and with his experience , talked me through the good and the bad of the 2 colours I had in mind. I choose Bahama Blue , It took 7 months (which he told me up front) to have the stone quarried in India , made and installed .
I have to say , the finished memorial has exceeded my expectations , which hardly ever happens these days. I have thanked Paul and the team at Scotts and if my experience is anything to go by , you will be in safe hands with these guys .

No empathy
This company need to remember that they are dealing with people who are grieving, got the initial request completely wrong, gave no prewarning of when the gravestone would be in place so family could not be there for support and sent invoice with no letter or words of sympathy. Basic manners and kindness required. Wish we'd gone elsewhere

We’ve used this company twice now for our parents (a few years in between) and they honestly couldn’t have been more helpful or professional. Everything has been done perfectly with every stage and detail and they were in touch with us regularly to keep us updated. Would definitely recommend them

I asked Scott's to re-erect the headstone of my great-grandfather that had been lying face-down for at least 20 years in Marske St. Germaine's Cemetery - no doubt a small job, but they fitted it into their schedule and supplied me with a photograph of the completed task. Faultless!

Scotts have been so helpful over recent months in advising our family on a memorial headstone for our Mam and Dad. The advice we got from Angela was first class and the headstone is beautiful and just what our parents wanted. They also did some restoration on our Grandparents' headstone in the same cemetery - this was equally good. We don't think you'll find better in the Northeast. Asked the company to undertake restoration work on 2 family headstones .
This was carried out on 15th April 2025 the stones had been in place since the 70s both stone were cleaned and re lettered.

Scott’s memorials have recently refixed my parent’s headstone which had fallen after 30 years in place. The headstone was cleaned and regilded. They sent me photos of the work and kept me updated and informed of the progress. I am so pleased with the results

My Fathers headstone was purchased from Scott Memorials seventeen years ago, they did a fantastic job then and we have always been more than happy with it.

Recently the headstone, along with quite a few others in the same cemetery, had suffered damage due to the many storms we have had lately.

The headstone needed removing and resetting on its base.

My wife telephoned Scott's to arrange a repair, they advised that someone would have a look at the headstone the next time they were in the area and assess the work needed.

On January 22, my wife had a phone call from Paul to say that the work had been carried out that day and that there would be no charge for the work.

We were amazed that a company can offer this level of service, at no cost, after all these years.

The repair work is first class and the headstone honestly looks as good now as it did when first erected all those years ago.
