I ordered a bracelet and after a few months a few stones fell out so I contacted customer services and they went above and beyond to make it right Just received my replacement bracelet so so happy and so is my partner so I would give this place 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ not 5 brilliant customer satisfaction will definitely be buy again soon from here ♥️🙏

Don’t waste your money
Ordered and was sent really quickly. The 1st bracelet was awful quality cheap and nasty looking. Within few days left green all over wrist and then started turning pink . 2nd bracelet within 2 weeks had tarnished and gone pink. Contacted Scott’s who sent a replacement and a credit as won’t do refunds. So I’m stuck with 4 bracelets that are Temu quality.

I got my item very happy with it it came quick

Order number 11551, placed on 25th, no update until I contacted them on 30th as no tracking information received, was told I would receive my £140 order on the 3rd but still no tracking information provided on the 2nd, contacted again and told there is a further delay, requested cancellation and refund.

I was minding my own business picking up my dog toilet outside on a public pavement in Dorking and a man comes out from Scott's Of Dorking yelling at me it's not very nice letting your dog shit outside a shop. I said I'm in a public place and I am picking it up he then shouts abuse at us whilst in his shop. Great customer service that is.

Thank you for the lovely necklace and bracelet set. Really happy lively quality customer service are amazing. I got sent 2 necklaces by mistake but got sent out a bracelet the next day got to keep the additional necklace. Can't fault this company. I would recommend them without a doubt.
