Out of 6 agencies that I messaged to book for a visa, only Waseem from Scott’s Visa responded. He was quite quick and prompt to respond and he was very helpful. He was also patient with the questions and concerns that I throw at him and he was able to manage to adjust things for us at a very time-constrained situation. I am very grateful for Waseem’s assistance. Great service!

Waseem was able to get us Shengen visa appointments when all other agencies told us it was impossible, and he was very helpful in supporting us to get all the correct documentation together. Would definitely recommend!

I had reached out to them for an urgent india tourist visa since the evisa services were dismissed due to covid I suppose. And we were due to fly in a week. I was contacted by Robert and he is brilliant. Smooth effortless fast communication. The cherry on top, got the visa in 2 working days. Don't think even the embassy claims to do it that fast.
Would highly without a doubt recommend them.

Fantastic service

Ross worked with me during an extreme time crunch (my BRP had only just arrived and I had to change a holiday from Spain to Italy as the Spanish consulate was closed) and helped me get a two year multi entry tourist visa - exactly what I wanted. He insisted on all the right documents, and unsurprisingly the man knew his stuff!

Grace at Scott's visa was an absolute star in guiding me through the whole process in getting a Schengen visa for Spain! She was swift in her responses to my emails and guided me in getting the correct paperwork. Her colleague Jaret met me at the visa centre and he too was efficient and enabled the whole process to conclude successfully ! They are an awesome team, and I most definitely will be using this organization again for my future travels.🙂👍

I had limited time to apply for a visa, made more complicated due to my dual nationality. Scott's Visas totally delivered in a way I could never had done myself. Courteous, patient and efficient ,a great service worth every penny.

I have been trying to get help since Thursday, when I called I was told I will get response Tuesday due to bank holiday and than nothing on Tuesday so I called nobody answered than on Wednesday morning I called and I was told I will receive an information via email same day which didn't happen so I called again in the evening and than again I was told that the email will be sent immediately which never happened. My primary date of travel was 3 May however I just wanted to know how long should I Postpone it for and 2 different calls gave 2 different information. And nobody answers the email, the website advertises every day working.

Minder was absolutely AMAZING! I cannot fault the service at all! My passport arrived on the Monday and on the Thursday they were sending it back with a visa. They were on it the whole time and kept me updated with the process. Will definitely be using them in the future, I cannot recommend enough!

Rang yesterday morning and was told probably would be today before we get a call back!!. I run a business and would never tell our clients we will ring back today. Like so many companies they didn't ring back. What will their excuse be ... covid or illness, short staffed. 🤔 There is so much competition they obviously have so many customers they dont need other customers. Oh and another excuse they didn't get the message. I suggest you need to get rid of some of your staff.

Efficient and quick to reply, even when the embassy printed the visas with the wrong photos on them.
Robert sorted that out and we had our visas back in time.
Worth the stress free hassle.

Monika was fantastic in helping me get my Spanish Non Lucrative visa. She is very professional whilst being super friendly. She gave me all of the information I needed at the beginning of the process to insure I understood how it all works, and then broke it down into manageable chunks - making what could be an overwhelming process, straightforward. I couldn’t recommend her or Scott’s visas more highly!

I needed help getting a Mozambican visa for my parents. Ross did a brilliant job navigating the inefficient Mozambican bureaucracy. We were working on a very tight deadline and Ross managed to get everything on time so my parents were able to catch their flight with visas in their passports. Thanks so much for the help.

Absolutely unbelievably good service from Robert Lourens. I submitted all my documents to him this Tuesday, and by Thursday had my STV and Thailand pass! This took us 5 weeks to achieve when we arranged our last trip to Thailand - could not recommend him highly enough.

Great service from start to finish, not the cheapest, but all not the most expensive. Robert was supper helpful and most efficient.
