I'm incredibly grateful! It's fantastic to avoid the hassle of taking our girls to the vet. Kathryn is wonderfully soothing and gentle, ensuring they feel relaxed and totally stress-free. Plus, it's a huge time saver to have one-hour appointments at home, sparing us from waiting at the clinic. This concept is absolutely brilliant!
We recently took our pet dog there.
I called because we thought she might have broken her leg. Within an hour, a vet came and treated her.
The staff here are so friendly and helpful.
Can't thank you enough! It's amazing not to have the stress of bringing our girls to the vet. Kathryn is very gentle and calm around them, making them feel at ease and completely stress free. It's also a massive time saver with one hour time slots, in the comfort of your own home, rather than having to wait in a surgery. What a brilliant idea this is!
Our cat is very nervous and Kathryn always takes time and care to make sure he is ok. If there is a problem, she gives you a detailed report of what the potential concerns could be and the best course of action. She really explains all the complexities so that you understand what is happening. She doesn't make any assumptions or suggest the most expensive treatment. She suggests follow up visits, which I recommend booking in so that you get full scope of the treatment and its success. She isn't rushed, and genuinely loves animals. Our boy is very connected to Kathryn and it is a relief to know she'll go the extra mile for you (Even assisting with insurance and ongoing communication)
