It's a Scam! They're using cheap and faulty screens.
BE AWARE! They work with faulty replacement parts (I got pink edges on my "new" screen) and they didn't even tell me that my iPhone X will lose the Truetone function also got dust in my front camera. The new screen was also clicking because not sealed properly. They offered me a better quality screen, then after the replacement from their faulty screen, they charged me another $50. I went back 3 times already and still have the same issue, I lost Truetone which can't be fixed now and got charged even more. Alex said if he would put another one of their he said "bad quality" screens on, it most likely would have the same issue. They are not professional and they are lying into your face. Please learn from my story and don't go to them, they don't care after they took your money. In the end, Ben also blamed me for not buying the "premium screen" for $460 in the first place when the only price option they have online is $299. I call this misleading and unethical business.

Maybe the perfect iPhone repair ?
Happy with my repair service from Screen Fixed. Everything went to plan, as expected. Repair came with a 2 year warranty which is fabulous.

Phone now completely broken!
Had my Pixel battery replaced here a week ago. All seemed ok to start but fast forward a week and now my phone is completely useless, unable to turn on and non responsive.
They also do not respond to emails so if you have a problem after they 'fix' your phone, Goodluck!

Best iPhone Screen Repair in Brisbane !
Screen Fixed repaired the screen of my iPhone 8 Plus and it works amazingly well. Ben went out of the way to make sure my phone worked like brand new. My partner and I looked at many iPhone repair shops in Brisbane, Screen Fixed was the only I could find that stocked premium grade replacement iPhone 8 Plus Screens.
