I had visited the store a couple of times before making my decision to actually order my suite. The staff were not pushy. I received great service on both visits. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Happy to help.
Staff were really helpful, they weren't pushy. Let us look around and were happy to answer any questions. The showroom had a good feel. We were offered a coffee. Some got a tap measure for us. I felt it was an enjoyable experience.

The salesperson was very helpful.

Over priced & price negotiations wasn’t…
Over priced & price negotiations wasn’t right. Agreed with one price however at the time of payment I was told some other price. I think they are trying to sell some otc products like some takeaways. I was a Repeated customer.
Your entire intention was to sell product not to solve customer problems. SCS would not be my choice anymore.
But salesperson json was very good & excellent.

I am very sorry to see that your recent experience did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the pricing and communication during your purchase.
I can completely understand how frustrating it must have been to agree on one price and then be presented with a different amount at payment stage and I apologise sincerely for any upset caused.
We’re also disappointed to hear that you felt the focus was more on selling additional products rather than understanding and resolving your needs as a valued returning customer. That is certainly not the experience we aim to provide.

A very smooth experience!
This is not our first visit to the Bradford showroom, so we knew that we would receive very good service, and so it was, in fact excellent service and attention especially from your salesperson Jason.
Everything was very well explained, and made the whole experience of choosing our new 2 seater go very smoothly.
