The young lad Steven was very helpful and patient while we choice the sofas and what colour and material we wanted

Went in today to look for a new sofa and had a really good experience. Jordan helped us out and was easy to talk to, not pushy at all which we appreciated.

He explained everything clearly and answered all our questions without overcomplicating things. Made the whole process feel simple and relaxed. Really helpful from start to finish would definitely recommend.

The men who delivered the suite Lewis and Steven were on time, polite, professional and did an excellent job.

Went in with quite specific size requirements, including the need for a speedy delivery. Steven was great and sourced all sorts of information and ideas to try and meet our brief. In less than an hour we had purchased a sofa at such a great price and it was delivered within 2 hours; incredible. Such a great sales team. Thoroughly recommend.

Visited the Carlisle store. Steven introduced himself as we entered and explained the store a little and then left us to it. On noticing our interest in one of the sofas he came back over and showed us how it work (adjustable back rest) encouraged us to get comfy. He never pressured us at all just gave us all the information we needed. We left to look elsewhere but returned a few hours later. Steven recognised us straight away and looked after us for the rest of our visit we ordered a couch and footstool. Fantastic service, not pushy but you get all the information you need with a little bit of humour thrown in from everybody. Xx

Professional friendly staff at the Carlisle store, the staff are not overpowering to get you to buy . We did buy two sofas and Steven was brilliant, lots of patience and very helpful . Looking forward to delivery .

The guys delivering were careful but quick with their delivery and quite amusing too.

Ordered two settees from SCS, delivery arranged for Saturday, i received a phone call on Friday evening with an approximate time for delivery Saturday morning i received a email with a delivery time and tracking capability.
Jake and Craig arrived in good time and were very professional and helpful and friendly in all they did, I would highly recommend this company.

Plenty of notice given prior to delivery via email and messages. Delivery driver/s called day before and on morning of delivery giving a time. Delivered on time and assembled within 30 minutes. 2 lovely guys, extremely pleasant. Really pleased with purchase. Excellent service from start to finish

I had a very pleasant and a relaxing experience browsing the ScS showroom, I was met and welcomed into the store by Kaylee, she asked me what I was interested in and immediately gave me directions within the store where I may find what I needed. I like to browse on my own and it wasn’t long before I found what I was looking for. Steven took care of the sale and has the same interest in helping the costumer. I picked the furniture up myself and with no fuss I was on my way. I found the staff efficient, friendly and knowledgeable and very much a team. A1+.
