Not just quality furniture but staff too.
This was the first time we had bought from SCS.
Having visited the Cheltenham showroom, we were greeted by Nathan who was very pleasant and helpful. When we had decided on our purchase, he took our order and outlined our options. He had an excellent customer focus and was a pleasure to buy from.
Keeping us informed about delivery dates etc. was faultless.
As promised, our delivery date arrived and Dai and Scott arrived on time and were both professional and personable with good humour. Excellent!
Overall, a complete pleasure to buy from this company and full marks for the quality of the staff that we had the pleasure to meet.

Good but not great.
Original delivery cancelled despite receiving all the email/text alerts saying everything was on schedule. Friendly, chatty delivery, although we had to unwrap and clear packaging ourselves. In the time slot, despite the poor weather, didn't get a text beforehand. Sliders look not great value, fitted ourselves.

My wife and I were looking for sofa’s one of the shops we went in was scs we were greeted by Oliver who seemed to have a good knowledge and showed us a few different ones and the pros and cons we went away to think it over and went back the next day and purchased one of the ones we liked and recommended thanks for your help and advice

Visited three different show rooms
Visited three different show rooms, very different experiences.. too much attention or not enough but SCS had the right balance of friendly service with no pressure, Also a short lead time for the sofa! I think it was the manager who served us… obviously very experienced.

New sofa's
Charlie and jayden delivered our sofa they were quick and took all the rubbish away with them, They showed us how to operate the sofa using the control button's we are very pleased with there work.

Enjoyable furniture buying experience
Bought 2 swivel chairs and 2 coffee tables from Cheltenham branch. Mathue was a very efficient, knowledgable and definitely not a pushy sales man. He left us alone to discuss our requirements before we proceeded. He is also a fine coffee maker ha ha.

Shambles!
Bought a beautiful sofa from SCS Cheltenham, with the deal being swung as they could arrange an upholsterer to take the sofa apart and refit it in our small basement room. The sofa has been in the warehouse now for a while, no upholsterer arranged, endless issues, we're running around trying to sort it all our ourselves. You call the branch and it goes through to customer service who redirect the call and no answer so having to drive to the branch to sort it out. Now appears the sofa is scheduled for delivery on the 13th but no upholsterer, so we start paying before it's even fitted. Zero faith the upholsterer will turn up! Absolutely shambolic.
