I am pleased to see that you received an overall positive experience however, I am sorry to see that the Crew failed to attach the arms to your sofa resulting in us failing to provide the 5-star experience.

I have checked your account and can see that the Distribution Centre are sending drivers back to your property tomorrow to rectify this for you.

I am sorry that this was not actioned at the time of your delivery and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I hope you are well and thank you for your review.

I am sorry to see that you initially received the incorrect furniture and have been waiting on a delivery date for the replacement.
As all furniture is made to order this does come with a lead time for the delivery, again I am sorry if this is longer than you may have hoped for.

Good Morning Jon,

I hope you are well and thank you for your review.

I am very sorry to see that you feel disappointed in your experience and the information provided regarding your delivery.

All information regarding the delivery lead times are shown on you order confirmation document. I can see that this does show an estimated date of 24/07/26, for your furniture to arrive at our Distribution Centre.
As it is only an estimate we do advise that it can change by 4 weeks either side so once the furniture is ready our bookings team would reach out with the first available date.

It seems the your furniture did arrive a little sooner and delivery went ahead on 17/07/26.

I am sorry to read about your experience in store and that you felt ignored by the team, this is not the service that we would expect and not how we would want our customers to feel.
Please accept my apologies for this and for any upset caused.

I am sorry to see that you have concerns regarding the colour of your furniture and do not feel this is the same as was selected in store.

I can see from your order document that you selected the GAROFANO 853 (Anthracite) option.
