Showroom well laid out and not cluttered. Staff attentive but not overpowering

Up to now it has been good , i am sorry that i can not give a full review as of yet we dont have our goods as they are not made yet .
One we have them i will give a proper review .
One thing i will say is the staff are so polite and very helpful , the store is so clean and smells fresh that was a first for us

From walking in the store Andrew was more than helpful. The communication for delivery was great. The 2 lads who delivered on the day keep us up-date and even notified us they would be arriving early. They sited the suite where we wanted. Removed all the packaging and were very pleasant throughout.

A well made beautiful suite that I’m really pleased with and the delivery men, Charles and James, were brilliant.

The service we have experienced from the sales team and the correspondence during the transaction and the delivery team was very good all in all very satisfied with the service.

Lovely staff you have at Darlington - relaxed approach that doesn’t make you feel you need to give an answer. Informative about each type of sofa. Friendly, and you can see they look out for each other as colleagues which is positive to see. And to top it off the delivery staff were amazing and ensured everything was spotless before leaving. Can’t recommend the company enough.

Information received when the items would be delivered and updated - arrived when stated. Craig and Liam were efficient, fast and showed us how to dismantle sofas if needed. Could not ask for a better service.

Doug and Doug were our delivery drivers. They were both very professional and courteous. They phoned to say when they would be arriving and were on time. They delivered and assembled our furniture in very good time and were pleasant while doing it. A credit to the company.

The two power recliner chairs were delivered on time and efficiently set up by Ronnie and Ronnie who were both pleasant and polite. Ronnie explained the operating buttons but as I am 88 years old and do not remember everything it would also be an improvement to have a diagram and instructions which could be left with the client for operating the chairs. Otherwise these go along well with our Lay-Ze Boy electric fully reclining sofa which we purchased from SCS about 6 years ago

Very helpful staff when choosing our sofas and delivery team very good. Sofas were delivered on time and the tracking system is also good.

From beggining to the end proton has been very professional we were told the day its arriving and the time it was coming which was faultless the sofa is of very high quality excellently made im very impressed. This sofa is for my dinningroom if in the future we need a new one for our living room we are definitely coming back to proton Thank you.

We were asked what we required then left alone to browse for a while. Then the staff (Andy) answered all questions. no pressure put on us to buy. First class service.

The manager and forecourt staff were especially helpful checking other stores for availability for my choosen 3 piece includding other colour options available showing me the samples. The staff Ian and manager also gave me advice on materials, cushions colours, to match. Advising which material would be more suitable for having a dog.
I have not received my order has yet but very exited for it's arrival
