A very good service at shop finding a sofa still on offer at another shop. Shown round and helpful discussions. Followed by prompt delivery with thorough delivery drivers who kept me upto date via app and phone as to timing of delivery. Carefully installed and polite.

Very happy with our new 3 seater…
Very happy with our new 3 seater leather recliner. The sales staff were very helpful and patient, nothing was too much trouble. The sofa was delivered as planned by Tom and Marc, both are very friendly. They installed our settee with care.

Delivery was excellent
Delivery was excellent. Delivery team Michael & Martin excellent. Placed my new furniture exactly where I wanted it and took away all packaging. Delivery was early morning and on time.

Welcoming experience at Huddersfield store
Visited the Huddersfield branch on Leeds Road. Had previously visited the Bitstall showroom but felt pressured and left even though we liked the appearance of the sofas. Called at Huddersfield and it was much more friendly and relaxed. Akaash let us look round and was extremely helpful when we had made our choice and wanted to order the furniture. He even welcomed us with cups of coffee!

Great service from Akaash , he was not pushy at all and brought us delicious cups of coffee and hot chocolate.
Great price for sofas too and not too long to wait for delivery .

Sofa delivered today by Andy M and Dave…
Sofa delivered today by Andy M and Dave B, great communication on the run up to delivery day, and had an hour time slow provided the day before delivery.
They arrived perfectly ontime and provided an update on their arrival time when closer to the deliver slot.
Respectful of the property and ensured there was a clear path in before fetching the sofa in to ensure no damage was done.
