Absolutely awesome customer service from the minute we went to SCS in Huddersfield to taking delivery. The team were super helpful and made the whole experience very easy so much so ended up buying a sofa for the dogs...🤭 Highly recommend... thank you.

Akaash at the Huddersfield branch was totally aux fait with his products, most polite and explained the different features of the chair in which we were interested with care. We took swatches from which to choose what we thought the best for our room. When we returned and placed the order, he efficiently explained about delivery dates and times.
He made us comfortable throughout so that I have no hesitation in recommending the store.

Don't be fooled by salesman delivery dates they only want commission, should have been delivered tomorrow 5 weeks wait but now been told another 5 weeks delivery delay not even in the country, absolute joke, go on Facebook for true reviews and experiences with theses people, customer services don't answer phone ,scs just replied to this stating my delivery date is an estimate, not what the grubby salesman said looks like 6 weeks wait again, shocking company I wish your customer services were as quick to reply (they dont) I have now started a refund due to long delay on delivery, but they won't answer to that either phone lines cut you off after 2 hours say you will get a call back , NO YOU DONT,

Although early delivery 🚚 7am for us it suited. Pleasent delivery men for that time in morning, helpful, explained how to use switches on side of chairs🛋️🛋️. And managed to tackle getting it upstairs with a stairlift in way. 👍🏼💪🏼🏋🏼‍♀️

Hassle free process and arrived ahead of time, I was kept informed by Callum on processes and next steps. Liam and John delivered the sofa were friendly and professional! They had to bring it in through my garden they used blankets to avoid any muddy foot prints or damage! Top job guys some of the best delivery men I have come across! 😊🚛

Spot on from buying to receiving.

The gemt in the store had gave us a heads up that the sofas we were after were going to be cheaper the next day.

The delivery men were also great helped to move the sofas and re arrange them a good 4 times.

Clean and tidy and efficient.

Efficient enough, liked the displays of sofas.
Very sales scripted but staff trained to be that way.
Delivery charges extortionate and annoyed that SCS is now advertising free delivery 3 weeks later.

He helped with getting us our new sofa

I was mis-sold a five year warranty that was not even mentioned as an option, just added on. I only knew about it when I received the email with my paperwork. The salesman also told me he would give me the cushions free even though they were included in the price. I had to return to the shop to get the money refunded but they apparently couldn’t issue updated paperwork to reflect the correct details. Not happy at all!

We bought from the Huddersfield branch , manager was very helpful and informative , price we paid was competitive to similar furniture type stores around , purchase date to delivery date quoted approx 6 weeks which we were happy with .
