We received our new sofa and recliner chair. The delivery guys were brilliant and polite. This recliner is beautiful leather. Matches perfectly with our sofa, which is fabric. All in all a great experience. Let’s hope this lasts as long our last one. 😀 Great service all round!

Online and across social media it says free delivery yet when I have checked my order invoice I have delivery charge added, this also was not discussed nor mentioned when ordering

The sales men are not pushy and have time for the customer and there very polite and explain everything about the sofa very knowledgeable and was right on time for delivery

Excellent service and help and advice in the shop when choosing our sofas. Delivery was within the expected time and kept up to date with delivery dates and times. Delivery drivers were good, installed the sofas in our living room and shown how to use them.

After searching in a number of furniture stores, Poltronesofa had exactly what we were looking for, the sales experience was smooth, and delivery was earlier than expected, which was a bonus.

Debbie was lovely and very helpful she had alot of knowledge which made picking what I wanted alot easier and stress free

Found it a little odd that the price changes depending on the fabric and there is no notification explaining this.
Delivery charge of £129 is extortionate.

My new sofa and chair was delivered on the date promised. Communication was first class, several e- mails and text messages kept me up to date with progress of delivery van.
Initial delivery time was 7am to 12noon. Text at 7am informed me they would be here 8am. Perfect.
Furniture arrived, unpacked, then assembled in less than half an hour. Great job 👍

Soon after l received sofa and chairs l noticed faults on sofa and one chair . Disappointed as had been waiting 4 months for delivery. However once l contacted S.C.S. l received an apology and once l sent photo.s of faults as requested l was informed l would be contacted in order for an appt to be made for someone to come and view faults. This has happened and someone is coming next week to do this. I think this was a good response and l am optimistic the problem will be rectified

Went to have a look for a reclining chair and the staff member showed us a choice of 3 which were all nice and did buy one of them.he was so polite and professional and not pushing for a sale

We initially chose the sofa in March and yesterday the sofa was delivered. The quality is very good and we're really happy with it. The delivery men were polite and took 'most' of their packaging with them.
