From the showroom to the delivery, fantastic service 👍

Kept informed of delivery and men turned up on time unpacked everythimg and put sofas together explained how it worked and demonstrated working of sofa then removed all packaging delivery went above and beyond

Avoid this company like the plague not only was the customer service embarrassing when we were eventually served we decided to go for a sofa that was advertised but in a dearer fabric when it arrived it was damaged and had marker pen on it which had to be sorted out by an independent company the whole experience was stressful Never again will I shop at this furniture store

Excellent service from the delivery team very friendly and helpful.

The salesperson was extremely helpful and also not at all pushy. There was a lot of choice and it really was a seamless experience.

When entering the store I was greeted by Andrea. Andrea was very helpful, knowledgeable, and never pushy. She gave me plenty of time to look around and consider my options, and I never felt pressured to make a purchase on the spot. I left the store to think things over and later returned to complete my order. The relaxed and professional approach made the whole experience much more enjoyable. Excellent customer service.

Only 1 thing that could be better the wait time is quite a while

Was due a partial refund from a month ago under their price guarantee but despite ringing several times and being told it will get sorted, it still hasn’t. Hence reduction from 5 to 3 stars.

On the plus side, Metrocentre is a beautiful store and ‘Clem’ was a star salesman. 5 stars to him. The smell in the store ‘Gin and Lime’ I think, is addictive!

From the moment of walking through the door of Poltronesofa Metro Centre the staff were marvellous, Tricia is the assistant who dealt with us and to say nothing was a bother is an understatement, from the off her cheery Ciao set the scene for an easy and enjoyable experience in helping us choose our sofa, the delivery also was great the delivery guys Ronnie and Ronnie informed us of the delivery time and they arrived at said time. All in all a very positive experience.

from entering the store and receiving a very warm welcome the whole time I spent there was quite a delight. I dealt with a very nice guy whose name is Tom and he could not have been better. His knowledge of the furniture was second to none he also grasped what I was looking for immediately. I came away with a new corner unit and chair at a very good price.

men who delivered were polite and very efficient and delivery could not have been smoother

right from the off staff were extremely friendly and not in your face.
one of then staff, Simon, asked if we needed help and after hearing our request pointed us in the right direction as well as not being overbearing. After looking around the store Simon recognised we needed help and he stepped in to offer his expertise. Simon went out of this way to answer all of our questions as well as moving furniture and samples to help us choose our furniture.

The Staff were very helpful and friendly. however the pumped in fragrance was a bit much and we almost left the store without a purchase.

Delivery was perfect the guys took extra care in manuevering the sofa around obstacles leading into house so as to avoid damage cleaning up wrapping and keeping everything clean in the process , rang us an hour before arrival to let us know they were on there way.. very pleased with the service and definitely recommend them
