Friendly helpful staff.

We walked to Gateshead store and what a lovely experience from start to finish, tricia was absolutely amazing, nothing was a bother to her help us in and out of the lift and took time to listen to our budget and our needs

The staff were very knowledgeable on the sofa ranges in store and allowing me time to browse the showroom, answering any questions or queries I had on a particular sofa which I ended up ordering ! Thank you to Lee (store manager) and Josh (sales advisor) who dealt with my order.

This is the first time I have used Poltronesofa and the staff at the Metro Centre, Gateshead were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The stock scope was varied and extensive with flexible options. The only diappointment was the extended leadtime for manufacture and delivery, however if a quality product results, then I can live with it. Based upon my initial experience, I would be happy to recommend them.

Delivery was on time, and the guys were so helpful as they struggled to get it through the back door, but after taking the door off all was well, top class service from these guys

Not sure about our actual sofa's yet, they arrive in August. Can't comment on delivery of quality of our purchase.

Waited a long time for my sofas , which is fine , but would have liked a fabric sample in order to coordinate paint and fabric accessories prior to delivery.
Very pleased with the sofas and they were delivered earlier than the time slot given . Delivery was done quickly and efficiently.

greeted by staff on entry went out of thier way to show us chairs in our budget. Loaded the chair into the car as we took it away. When we got home we saw the mains cable was damaged, went to a different branch who refused to help went back to Metrocentre branch and received a replacement cable. the chair did not have any instructions with it but an internet search found an app with full instructions which were easy to follow. I would reccommend the Metrocentre branch to others, friendly, knowledgeable staff, bright clean store.

Kelly was excellent from me first walking through the door. She couldn’t have been more helpful and sorted me with exactly what I needed.

There was plenty suites to choose from with loads of different fabrics and colours too. Our salesman Simon at the metrocentre Gateshead was excellent. Telling us all what was available he did not pressure us and gave us time to decide what we wanted as it is such an important decision. But he was always on hand to offer advice.

Service was very good, staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The delivery guys were polite and respectful both when they arrived and during the installation.
Unfortunately, they did not know how to operate the sofa bed.
On the day notice of delivery, and the tracker were not inline. Both gave different delivery times.
