Lovely lads delivering my sofa all happy and polite

I was kept well informed about the delivery of my sofa. The lads who delivered it was friendly and respectful. They took away all the rubbish set it up for me. As an 89 year old I would have struggled to do it myself. Really love my sofa.

The two lads who delivered them were first class .

We visited the Silverlink store today for the first time. Very friendly and not at all pushy. We were able to browse around for a while and were asked a few times if we needed any help. We were helped by Robert, the branch manager. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and we made a purchase. Will review the delivery process later, but today was an enjoyable experience.

Having looked at many settees and chairs Reece guided us through the leather options (which we were looking for) with his knowledge of the different types of leather available which resulted in us purchasing a new three piece

Pleasant experience all together right from viewing sofas and placing the order. The delivery was delayed by about 3-4 weeks but when the sofa finally arrived, it appeared well made and was assembled within minutes by the delivery staff.
