1st time visiting the store, and what a lovely experience from 1st going in. Met at the door by a lovely lady who explained everything to us, we were thrn given a bottle of water and a shopping bag..always a bonus, tea and coffee also offered. Sofa purchased job done would highly recommend, the quality of the furniture is fantastic.

Excellent visit and help from Chris. We were only looking but ended up buying. This was not because of a hard sell. If the Sofa is as good as the purchase experience we will be happy.

Lovely chilled atmosphere the shop smelt lovely very welcoming team. The shop is spacious and we had time to look round without being hassled. Really helpful staff really happy with the sofa and the help and advise.

The Sales Lady Donna was very patient with us and Assisted us making the right decision for our home. We have had bad experiences in the past with companies going out of business so we felt reassured paying a deposit of over £1200.00 on a three month delivery promise.

Really happy with the delivery lads very friendly and helpful kept us informed of delivery slot time by phoning us . Put the suite together and showed us the phone chargers which we didn’t know were there!! Love the suite.

We had a slight issue with some creasing/colouration change on the leather but this was dealt with following a visit from a technician was was again helpful an efficient

Walked into the store at Preston to be greeted by Alison, offering us hot or cold drinks. She was most helpful and not at all pushy. I went away after ordering the suite of my choice and very satisfied with my purchase and the lovely Alison

I was pleased with all aspects of buying a sofa from you apart from when the item was delivered the delivery man gave me some kind of screw & said that it should be fitted to ensure the seats of the sofa are joined together properly. He said that they weren’t going to fit the screw as thenSeats of the sofa were already joined . I accepted this but after the drivers left I noticed that the 2 seats of the sofa appeared to not align with each other properly.
