Just so happy with my two sofas delivered 10/7/26 three weeks earlier than we expected! Delivery went very well and I was kept informed of times etc. Paul, our salesman at Speke Liverpool was very knowledgeable and funny which helped relax us. From walking into the store choosing our sofa we were greeted warmly and advised by knowledgeable staff who didn’t rush us into a decision and helped us choose. The waiting timeframe for delivery was 12 weeks but that’s standard with and sofa. The delivery was arranged around my availability and the men who brought it were professional friendly and helpful arrived at 745 and were gone by 810. Over all I would recommend buying from paltrone (scs) Speke.

Visited store in Speke with no intention to make a purchase. Ended up buying a 2 and 3 seater premium leather sofa.
We were surprised at the ranges and quality of furniture on show.
We were attended to by Paul a very knowledgeable person with a low key softly sales technique which we found non pressurised. We chose the Uxbridge range and look forward to receiving it. The experience from start to finish was pleasurable.

Delivery men arrived on time. Got on with setting up sofa and were finished in about 15 minutes.

Mel explained everything when we arrived as to how the shopping experience is managed. She left us to browse on our own and said to try out anything that caught our eye. Once we had chosen our sofas she brought a few poles of fabrics over so that we could decide on what we preferred. All in all an extremely good experience. We were told however that the free delivery was only on until Tuesday. As I asked questions like are they easy to move and is the fabric easy to clean, I was told they come with gliders and they are covered with professional cleaning, but it wasn't until I was given the overall price that I realised that these were options which added about £600 to the cost of my 2 sofas going way over my original budget. The following weekend our sofas were reduced by £100 each and the delivery was still free. Had I left it a week I could have saved £200 which is very annoying.

We were welcomed as we came through the door , the manager asked us what we were looking for, she talked through the options. We looked around on our own, then she showed us how to work the different recliners. All the staff were lovely .

Staff were lovely - went the extra mile without you feeling pressurised.

Everything on time

Debbie was absolutely incredible with us in store, she couldn't have been more helpful! Pointed out different styles of sofa that we has mentioned we liked, and even directed us to the ex display models which we eventually chose. The other staff in store were just as helpful, including offering us some water, which was much appreciated especially with the heat!

We went to Speke Retail Park planning to visit all of the sofa stores, but after visiting Poltronesofà first, we didn’t need to go anywhere else.
Paul was fantastic from the moment we arrived. He helped us choose the perfect sofa, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy to understand without ever being pushy.
We had a really enjoyable experience and left feeling confident in our choice. Excellent customer service, thank you, Paul! Highly recommended.

Wait time from order to delivery was too long.
Very helpful driver and porter who delivered, and who spent time with us, photos etc discussing an issue with the sofa. Now awaiting your response.

Friendly, welcoming and helpful without being pushy. Welcomed us to the store, explained the layout and options regardind materials available. Then left us to look around the store at our own pace but we're available and helpful when we had questions. When we decided on a style Debbie went through all the options and pricing which she provided by e-mail to enabled us to go home and discuss whether the sofas would suit and fit into our room. When we went back to store to place an order we were again listened to and at no time were we put under any pressure.

Helpful and informative without being too pushy

I was not given any documents to confirm I bought a 3 seater settee.......only by email . This is not good enough.

Paul and Lisa were superb in helping us to visualise which colour, type of sofa, and finish of leather would enrich the lounge in our period property.
Nothing was hurried and every suggestion was considered earnerstly.
We're looking forward to relaxing on our new leather recliner sofas in a few months. Claire & David
