Lisa and Liz were both amazing, so helpful and took us through and whole process and explained everything clearly. Both were a pleasure to deal with and could t do enough to help us. Great customer service and would recommend anyone to go in and speak with them.

I couldn’t say any more positive things about both Lisa and Mel who helped me out the both days I came in to store. The first time it was nearly closing time and I had very specific ideas and very little time to wait and wow what special gorgeous supportive women they were. They took my details at closing and asked me to return Monday and they would do their best to help me and they did not disappoint!!! I am very grateful to these 2 amazing ladies who have put a massive smile and some happy tears on my face today. I will 100% be recommending people to use this store and these ladies to other people in future. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

If I can put less than 1 star, I would. The worst company ever. Bought a sofa from Speke store in January 2025 got it 16th of May (5 monts later) thanks to Marcus who sorted the delivery. Delivery cancelled 6 times. It cost me 6 days WAGES. Every time stupid excuse, it's on the system but not booked with the distribution center, its been booked but it's not on the delivery van, it's out for delivery but not on the van 🤔 or they ignore you and don't give any reason and don't book it again unless you phone and phone and rearrange another failed delivery. I thought it's a descent, professional company but obviously not. This is the first time and last time SCS.

The staff in the speke branch were very friendly and genuinely helpful. We weren't fully sure about what we wanted, but the store manager and staff took time out to help us find the right fit for our home.

Exceptional experience
We couldn't get a delivery for a 3 seater sofa at SCS in Chrysal Peaks. They suggested we phone a SCS nearer to the delivery address. We did and they didn't have the sofa in stock - but they found a SCS that did have the sofa in stock and after we placed the order they arranged for delivery. ALL the staff were amazing.

I visited the Speke Scs store today with my daughter and the staff were so welcoming friendly & helpful.
My pet hate when visiting these stores are the pushy salespeople but NOT here. We got a great deal on a corner reclining sofa with a next day delivery date of which I wasn't expecting atall.
Nothing was to much for the staff and it felt like I'd known these girls for years we felt right at home.
I would highly recommend visiting this store. Great girls great quality sofas with fantastic prices.

Our experience started with being met when we walked in. We was asked what we were looking for and was escorted to the type of sofa we wanted then we were left on our own with a cup of coffee to walk around with no one following us and no one bothering us till we were ready to engage with one of your staff.

Very pleasant and very helpful.
They went out of there way to help us find our new furniture.

The sales person Marcus was polite, engaging and very knowledgeable. He made us feel very welcome and we ordered a 2 and 3 seater settee. His customer service was excellent.

i also pay little bits off my balence so its not a big amount upfront to try and find.
