Angie in the Stafford store was very helpful and friendly. Answered all my questions and the whole process was very painless. Steve and Damianos on the delivery team were also excellent. Arrived on time, built the sofas quickly and cleared all the packaging away.

We walked into SCS Stafford and was…
We walked into SCS Stafford and was greeted by Carole who asked if she could help. We explained what we were looking for. Carole then explained the sale items and the wait times for each sofa. She then shown us all around the showroom no pressure on us at all, we then went back down stairs sat down and chatted, then Mark came in and did us a cup of coffee eventually between the four of us we decided what we wanted and they did us a great deal. Carole made us so comfortable & Mark made great coffee. Thank you so much for all your help. A pleasure shopping with SCS Stafford and again thanks Carole.

Helpful staff
We visited the Stafford branch and were greeted by the lovely Carole.All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff and Carole answered all of my questions and queries and helped me understand everything I was purchasing making me feel at ease.We left left the store very happy with our Lazyboy purchase can’t wait for sofa to arrive.

A vast choice plus plenty of assistance when asked
Helpful,friendly Professional staff who also gave us lots of information and took us to the sofa etc. which suited my Aunty and her budget. A very pleasant experience as this is a big decision to make for some people .

Excellent service from Store (Stafford) until Delivery.
Staff in Store very very helpful and knowledgeable, couldn’t do enough to make purchasing as easy as possible (including the Manager).
Updates were given regularly and delivery date was as said. Driver(s) delivered on time, were polite and efficient.
