The gentleman that served us was very patient and took the time to discuss what we wanted. He helped us to choose the correct colour and fabric, and he worked out all the financial details for us. He was very friendly and a great member of your team!

Nobody in SCS was pushy or overly trying to get a sale.
We found the design of the sofas we wanted to purchase and the fabric.
The salesperson explained delivery cost and insurance if needed.
Overall a pleasure to shop there.Would recommend.

Jill at the store helped us to design our perfect sofa as we wanted to replace the integral stools that, on the shop floor example, were stowed away in the side of the sofa. Had we not spoken to Jill, we wouldn't have known it was possible to change the design. Our perfect sofas arrived today and we're thrilled with them. Thanks Jill for spending the time with us and making sure we got exactly what we wanted.

Ordered Sofa on 18th Jan, Sales team are professional and polite, Thats where the Service stops.

After sales are non existent, Never answer the phone, the only way of talking to someone is to take a visit to the Shop.

The Due date for the Sofa was Feb 21st, still waiting for any update as to when the Sofa will arrive,

Visited the Swansea store on the 28th of December 2024. I was looking for a new sofa and wandered around the store sitying on lots of sofas.
I tried several sofas but as soon as I saw the Paisley 3 seater sofa,I fell instantly in love with it. I took my shoes off and got comfy on it and knew straight away it was the one I wanted. It was so comfortable and looked great too. And to top it off, was on sale at only £499.

Delivery on time, two nice gentlemen, polite and did great job.

I was kept informed at all stages when the team would be here to deliver.The lads were polite and efficient.Couldn't have asked for better! 100% recommended!

Ordered suite on 6th Jan,was told to expect delivery 21st Feb.but haven't heard anything. Tried ringing ,77min wait.Have been to Swansea store this morning, to be told, there's a delay till March 20th.I think I should have been contacted about this.

The communication was great regular up dates trough tx message then a phone call to let me know they would arrive shortly. Both Mike and Lee were friendly and polite.
