I was happy to choose my 2 seat settee and the colour I chose. The young lady was very helpful and I had monthly payments. When the sale settees came up on my phone the same as the one I chose I was surprised to see the price of them. My daughter said it was too late to change anything. I wish it was but I take it that it must stay as it is. Thank your staff for her help D Davis.

Myself,my son and my daughter visited scs and we were welcomed with a loving smile and we were all offered a delicious cup of coffee on arrival.
One of the sales ladies called Charlotte explained to us that the sofa would be designed with any fabric or leather to our desire, to which we feel in love with a Italian leather 3 seater and 2 seater combo. Charlotte explained and demonstrated how the sofa worked. Due to falling in love with it we decided to go through with the purchase, and now we have our dream sofa on the way. We couldn’t thank Charlotte enough for helping us and we would definitely recommend scs to our friends and family.

Great service from Aaron and Shaun this morning with delivery of my new sofa. Polite and friendly. Set the sofa up and took away all the rubbish and left after making sure everything was working correctly.

I was looked after by a young man called Alex. He was really helpful with what I wanted. He took me round the store to choose what was comfort and style for me, and also discussed the choice of material and pattern I wanted to have. Completely thorough in what I need to add in for protection of my furniture and explained the guarantee process. He knows his job.

Brought two 2 seater’s and just missed the delivery date for before Christmas. We have had to go into the Swindon store with some questions as they have come to mind. We have met a few managers which all have been outstanding, helpful, friendly and kind. They also have two wonderful ladies working there who also have exactly the same attitude towards customers. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who are looking for sofa’s with a high quality and high quality of staff. I like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff again.

We went into SCS Swindon for a new Sofa the the January sales. We were greeted as we walked around first by Alex who provided information without a pushy sales manner and then later as we walked around Dan provided information as required. As with visits like this we ended up going back to the furniture we sat in originally. Although we were 90% decided we left the store, Dan provided us an email and over the next 24 hours we asked a few questions and received valid and valuable information from Dan. As a result we placed the order with Dan over the phone. An excellent service and would highly recommend Dan and the team. Thank you.
