AVOID at all costs. I purchased a bottle of stone sealer and was suspicious about the quality as the seal was broken. I didn’t use it at all so after agreeing with a “Nikki Premier” on email that I would receive a refund upon return I sent it back on recorded delivery and he told me that he had received it and to wait 2 weeks for refund. Several weeks later and after many emails and phone calls I was being given reasons like “the accountant is away on holiday” I then called Nikki on day 38 and told him i’d be reporting him to my bank on grounds of fraud and Nikki went on an aggressive rampage before calling me back to say that he has refunded the money (this is yet to be proven as it is not reflecting on my account). Furthermore, his website address is not correct, he seems to be using his home address for returns which is not the same as what is listed. The item received was not sealed and was leaking when I received it so I have no guarantee if the liquid inside was what it claimed to be. I wish I had read all the negative feedback on this company before purchasing because they’re all true!
Edited to add: I was refunded on day 41 but the company is now calling, texting and emailing me asking me why I have written this review and telling me that I should remove it. The bad service never ends.

The product description was misleading and did not perform at all. Customer service was very unhelpful. No refund or replacement product offered. Very disappointed after spending so much. Would not recommend.

Updated review 16/03/24. I previously wrote a bad review of this company back in 2023 as I had problems with both the satin and gloss slate sealers that did not give the results I wanted. I have recently revisited the satin sealer as a product I had reverted back to, still faded. After 3 trials of application , I am now happy. I ve realised: too little product -( I applied with a brush and then wiped off too much excess) gave a matt look . I then tried again with more product - still brush , and this caused pooling but I could see the finish was better . I finally tried using a small roller , just a few tiles at a time , and I’ve used kitchen roll to dab off where there could be pools , and this has finally yielded a satin finish. It’s less satin than I thought but it’s good enough. I think therefore maybe the instructions need just to be a bit more clear.

Poor / non-existent customer service in my experience. I have an issue with their gloss sealer, I've left 2 voicemails and an email via their website over the last 3 weeks. Still no-one has contacted me.

Would not recommend this company. Returned items after purchase by recorded delivery, as I changed my mind. Sent numerous emails but no response of any nature or about the refund. Now started a claim through the small claims court to get my money back. Shameful and totally unnecessary.

The worst customer service EVER! I was sold the wrong product. It didn't work. After a lengthy discussion with the technical department about the issue with my black limestone prior to purchase I was then sold a cleaner and a sealer and was told it would do exactly what I had described. I followed the instructions exactly but IT DIDNT. After wasting nearly £100 the stone looked just as faded and blotchy. I phoned for advice but was very unhappy with the response. A very bullish man, not actually listening to me, shouted over me and said 'what did I expect? it wasn't going to work miracles...' and he accused me of 'just wanting to make trouble!'

There’s a reason this company doesn’t have a review site, that’s because their products and customer service are DIABOLICAL!! The most over priced products I’ve ever bought and the most horrendous customer service I’ve ever encountered. I was told “don’t ring here moaning” when I called to complain about the sealer ruining my patio. I was refused my right to a refund. I was shouted at, talked over and verbally abused by their staff. I tried to call back to complain but their didn’t answer the phone (I think they had call ID) and when I emailed I received the most shocking and extremely rude responses. I have it all in writing so you are welcome to contact me if you want to see it! Don’t line the pockets of these vile people, they don’t deserve any business, they are awful!
