I had a problem with some gloves for which the leather had deteriorated. The team responded to my warranty claim and we within 24hrs we had a solution I was happy with. Real humans solving problems quickly and efficiently! A company standing by it's quality products... Thank you

Great customer service
I bought a pair of socks but one leaked. Sealskinz were very good at replacing them straight away. They are very comfortable socks compared to other waterproof ones I've tried.

I had a big issue with some gloves I had bought for me as a gift, I got InTouch with sealskinz and they responded within a minute, so fast. I was useless in the information I provided, but they were so helpful and sorted my situation out, they were brilliant, my issue was quickly resolved. Very very good service! Amazing customer care! Trust restored, satisfaction all round
I had an issue with a brand I trust and rate highly. I reported it via their review system and they responded immediately with courtesy and a very clear intention of resolving the issue. Within 2 days of clear and professional communication they have fully satisfied my wishes and have gone the extra mile by upgrading the product. Brilliant.

Great gloves, great value for money, prompt delivery, friendly company
I ordered Drayton gloves after which a query to the customer service team was dealt with in a quick and friendly manner. The gloves have arrived promptly and are great quality, light and warm and I think are great value for money.

Exceptional customer service team
The customer services team I have been dealing with to resolve an issue I had with a pair of waterproof gloves I had purchased, that weren't functioning as advertised, was second to none.

I inquired as to why I could not apply the new customer 10% discount to my recent order. Turned out it was a system glitch and they immediately honored the discount and issued a refund to my credit card.

Amazing Customer Service
The customer service team at Sealskinz was really helpful and replied very quickly to my email. A return is normally straight forward, but I of course had multiple questions. Item is very warm and snug. A lot better quality than cheaper brands.
Customer services are very helpful and very professional.
I had tearing or stitches ripping intermally in my hat. I had to return it for a replacement.
