Chat help & best search results
Needed to reverse look-up a phone number. Had some difficulty with input of my credit card information. Went on their chat (with Paul) and was helped very quickly and very courteously. Card was needed to create the account, but no charge was made to the card.
In addition, a different service resulted in no information being found, but Searchbug came back with a complete name & address. I am completely happy with their service.

Customer service has been awesome. Immediate and very helpful. Data on the other hand has been a bit confusing, and not quite to the percentages stated but we are just learning the best way to utilize the service so I'll say user error at this point. Saying this, Pam has helped us on almost a daily basis, and if she wasn't there, someone else was.

This company is legit! Very customer focused and their customer support is one of the best I have experienced. The products they produce are accurate and extremely helpful to our company.
Be aware of similar companies that offer low prices because they may be selling all the data you upload. Searchbug has a 100% privacy policy and they do not sell your data.

I called today and spoke to someone…
I called today and spoke to someone about a possible scam. I was contacted by a particular company when my computer crashed. They said that they worked with Windows. But I found no record of them ever being employed by Windows. The phone number they gave seemed to be bogus. This is what led me to call Searchbug. The person assisted me in looking up the number. In fact two numbers and one was not to legit. It was to someone different and the other number did not show any results. The young lady that assisted me was very polite and helpful. I would recommend this service to others for future phone lookups.

But what really blew me away was Alexia, when I explained I was on a limited budget and a little rusty on using technology, she went above and beyond. Scamming Naive Clients
I don't know how someone can be happy with their service, but they don't provide any good service. The addresses they find are incorrect. The employment information was never found. It seems like the people are invisible and never worked anywhere. I believe this company just scamming naive clients and collecting the money for no service provided.

Total rip off. They charge you for the stuff you get free when you Google truthfinder and been verified. Then when you pay for the "background check" it will confuse multiple people with the same name and come up with just about total nonsense. Useless site, don't waste your money.
