pre order item ordered well in advance and due to ship on release day. zero communication. zero sign of shipping... requested cancellation and refund. zero acknowlegement of this action.

this company acts like a spammer. avoid at all costs.

Same issue here just like below…I placed my order on the 6th of November.Still no sign of anything.

I put a large order on the 25th of November and no sign of despatch. No communication, despite trying to contact them. Never had a problem with previous orders. Not sure what it is going on

Terrible. Ordered over a week ago. No sign of any deliver. No reply to two contact form requests. No way of contacting, no phone, no email.

My suggestion is to buy from other sites, Amazon or your local record store.

Ordered a vinyl on 15th November for my son for Christmas still nothing and I have contacted them several times

I ordered a vinyl on the 19th November with a stated delivery of between 3-7 days and I would be notified when dispatched. The money was taken from my account immediately. I’ve received nothing with 2 emails and their customer service form ignored.

I emailed info@secretlygroup asking for help. Within a couple of days I received a response from Secretly Store to my first customer form. I still had to follow that up as what they said would happen didn’t but kept info@secretlygroup included. My album arrived on 18th December shipped from a distributor based in Milton Keynes, Bucks.

Avoid This Store – I Never Received Anything

I subscribed to Secretly Store’s monthly record club for three months, hoping to receive different vinyl records every month. It’s now been more than two months, and I haven’t received a single record.

They also stopped replying to my emails, which makes me feel like I’ve completely lost my money.

Do not buy from this store – the service is unreliable, and the communication is terrible.

Ordered a record due for release 3rd of Oct.
Their customer support seems to either play you along or just flat out lie. Now its 27th and still no record. They later blamed their Warehouse move after stringing me along with "Its being processed and you will get a shipping notification shortly" They seemingly put it down as High priority which instead shows cancelled on my end but apparently it isnt.

I have been a subscriber from the uk for several years. I love the choice of albums and usually customer service is excellent. However since the middle of this year my subscription had not been recognised and they do not seem able to fix it. I hope they do, because, as I say, I enjoy the monthly “random” record selection that has helped me expand my musical interests significantly. But they need to sort their systems out!

Great selection, and some interesting options. recently ordered a Yeah Yeah Yeah's album, it came quite quick and in perfect condition, well packed etc. No problems to-date with the other orders either.

Both my vinyls arrived completely damaged.
I complained to customer service but they only offered to refund 50% of the total cost and blamed it on transit
