Given a price for 12 month policy
Asked for a discount and it was reduced by £40
When I looked at the detail I say it was then for 9 months
Questioned it and was told it was a mistake but when pressed was offered a nine months policy
When
I looked at the details it went back to the original quote.
The error was noted by proactive and I was happy with the outcome.
