Unprofessional. Takes Your Money and Disappears. Stay Away!!!
I was a customer of his. Paid $900 USD for a service that he did not fulfill, he abandoned my case midway without any explanations whatsoever and refuses to refund me for the service that he promised and failed to deliver by his own accord. I did not terminate the service, he did and completely disappeared on me. He does not respond to emails, text messages, never ever picks up his phone calls and all my calls always go to a voice mail that's full. Most unprofessional company I've ever worked with.
Refuses to acknowledge my presence whatsoever and has been ghosting me for over a month now without any form of communication or explanation. Funny part is that I have not done anything wrong to him as a customer. He decided to sever ties and cut communication after taking my money and after his first failed attempt at reinstating my ASIN.
He does not offer a full refund, partial refund, store credit, apology, or explanation of any sort.
Joe Nilson is either a scammer or a shady businessman who lacks professional integrity and regard for his customers after taking their money. Hope $900 you took from me goes a long way.
