COORDINATING TRANNIG PROGRAMS To continually maintain an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge, and preparedness across the organization, coordinate training programs for employees. EFFECTIVE ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION by Enhancing workplace safety establishes the causes and recommends preventive action against a recurrence, PREPARING DAILY WEEKLY & MONTHLY REPORTS. prepares monthly reports and makes presentations to senior administrators. A typical HSE report indicates day-to-day workplace inspection results and workers' response to safety incidents. The reports can be analyzed to detect weaknesses in the safety management program.
