Immaculate quality intercoolers for my TD5s (fits perfectly even on bigger radiator) and very fast delivery. Had a chat with the guys before I ordered to make sure I am ordering the right product and they were very helpful.

Needed an uprated starter motor quite quickly. Was initially a little concerned when I was told they were made to order and it might take a few days. My own fault for not ordering sooner! Anyway, Michelle was great, made the effort to contact the manufacturer and luckily, they had one on the shelf. Michelle arranged for it to be drop-shipped directly to me, saving a couple of days of transit time and it arrived the next day. Michelle went the extra mile, which sadly these days is not always the case with many companies. Oh, and very competitively priced too, with no hidden charges. Thanks Michelle!

Item ordered on a Thursday evening, requested and paid for 48hr delivery. Was advised the item was posted on the Friday for delivery Monday. Turns out the item was not sent out until the Tuesday.
Asked for the postage refunded of £5.95 .... no reply .... still waiting !!!
