Genuine customer service

Serck Motorsport went above and beyond to get me my order as quickly as possible. This included staying later on a Friday to ensure my package made it on the Royal Mail van before the weekend. I got it the next morning ready to install on the car and enjoy some motoring during the sunshine on Sunday.

Long lead time and misleading.

Long lead time 12 days order to delivery. Held up by some p clips. Only added to get free carriage. . Then they come individually blister packed. . What the nuts? Why? Waste of materials.
5 pin fuel relay shown in advert and delivered with a 4 pin socket. No good for my application as I need 5 wires. I find this misleading.
No message to say that the order was held up or why. i had to chase it.
So annoyed I'm not going to try returning it.

Amazing!!

What can I say! Serck are absolutely amazing! The knowledge and expertise is second to none. Amazing customer service, an absolute pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend.

The website was very unresponsive

The website was very unresponsive, unable to update quantities. Once you had chosen a quantity that was it, you couldn't amend. The only option was to use a different computer.
Not able to open an account so couldn't track order.
Card details supplied but no payment was taken, no idea if the order had been accepted.
I waited a week and nothing arrived so I ordered elsewhere.
A few weeks later I get an email saying that my order had been despatched.
When I received the item it was wrong.
