Wonderful quality and finest design, I’m happy!
Bought online recently a pair of gloves from them and called before (due to bad reviews here). I got an English speaking lady and she was very polite. My gloves are of high quality leather and arrived in less then one week (from Italy to The Netherlands), I am very happy with my purchase, so I do recommend them. Thanks!

Retournierung und Refundierung nicht moeglich
Ein Teil meiner Lieferung hat leider nicht gepasst. Es war bis dato unmoeglich diese zu retournieren. Via Webseite keine Antwort, auf mails wird nicht geantwortet und als ich im Shop in Rom anrief, meinte die Dame sie hat keine Zeit und hat das Telefon aufgelegt... Eine einmalige Angelegenheit und ich werde dort (auch nicht im physischen Shop) sicher nie wieder einkaufen.

Kein Kontakt bei Nachfragen
Ich habe online ein paar Handschuhe gekauft.
Leider passen die Handschuhe nicht gut und wir hätten sie gern eine Nummer größer und in einer anderen Ausführung genomen. Ich habe mehrere Kontaktaufnahme auf Deutsch und Englisch per Mail und per Webseitenkontaktformular vorgenommen. Ich wollte wissen, wohin eine Retoure gehen soll, da mehrere Adressen in Frage kommen. Keine Reaktion.
Ein Rücksenden per Webseite ist nicht möglich, da die Rücksendung dort nur binnen 14 Tagen ab Erhalt der *Rechnung* möglich ist. Die Rechnung habe ich am 11.12.2020 erhalten. Die Lieferung am 29.12.2020 erhalten.
Lt. Impressum ist die Firma in Italien ansäßig, also müsste EU-Verbraucherrecht gelten.
Klare Warnung vor dieser Firma meinerseits!
Die Handschuhe an sich scheinen mir sehr wertig verarbeitet zu sein, aber der Kundensupport lässt doch sehr zu wünsche übrig.
