Sehr guter Service und zuverlässige Weiterleitung

Ich habe über Seron Express zwei Sonnenliegen aus Italien nach Fussach weiterleiten lassen. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Auch bei Rückfragen zu den Paketen wurde mir rasch weitergeholfen.

Die Ware wurde zuverlässig weitergeleitet und ist gut angekommen. Besonders positiv fand ich die klare Abwicklung und den hilfsbereiten Kontakt.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann Seron Express gerne weiterempfehlen.

Unkompliziert und schnell

Unser Fahrrad konnte im Urlaub nicht repariert werden. Die Werkstatt gab uns den Kontakt zu Seron-Express. Die Kollegin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir konnten den Versand des Rades zu uns nach Hause organisieren. Das Rad erreichte uns umgehend nach unserer Rückkehr. Die Abwicklung mit Seron-Express empfand ich als sehr unkompliziert. Auf unsere spezielle Situation wurde sehr gut eingegangen. Das war für uns sehr hilfreich. Herzlichen Dank an das Team.
