I ordered the duvet over two weeks ago and still no sign of it coming yet. I have no duvet as I am poorly and was sick on it. I rang the number given, and it is a completely different company

It is comfortable but the edge panels are thin with not much filling so feels like topper is too small when laying on it the rest is great but the lack of filling around the edges spoils it, I bought 2 and they are both the same it’s a shame because otherwise they would be lovely

Terrible ordering process, customer services constantly asked me to do their work for them, late delivery due to no stock but no comms from them, eventually the wrong item was sent (and substandard quality) and a very long winded and unsatisfactory refund process (which I eventually received)

Bought 4 mattress toppers super and excellent price

Under no circumstances order from this company they are a scam. They call it luxury and then when the product arrives you would spit through it. I ordered luxury bedding and recieved a micro fibre cover

The description on their website was incorrect in that it didn't mention a sateen finish to the sheet. I purchased the same item a few years previously which was perfect, however the product had changed, their website listing had not! I returned it & they refunded my order, however, they refused to supply a returns label, nor refund my return postage despite repeat requests. If an item is not correctly described, for online sales, the seller must pay for return postage. They didn't. Not impressed.

I wish that I had visited trust pilot before making my purchase. The so called 600TC Egyptian cotton sheet is almost certainly polyester and I have asked for it to be returned.

600tc fitted sheet quality is appalling!! Do not buy!!

In February 2026 I bought a double duvet from Seventhstitch. It seemed ok, although I didn’t examine every seam whenever I changed the cover. However, I recently changed the duvet because of the hot weather and noticed that one of the inner seams had never been sewn and so was open and there was piece of sticky tape near it highlighting a flaw in the fabric with a hole in it. Three months had passed since I bought it, but I still wanted to bring this to the company’s attention. However, the phone number on their website site is not recognised and I have not received a response to my three emails with photographs of the flaws.
I can only assume by reading other reviews that they operate by selling substandard goods hoping that customers won’t notice and even if they do, the company can’t be contacted anyway!!
Never again!!!

I purchased what the seller listed as: "EXTRA DEEP FITTED SHEET 600 THREAD COUNT 100% EGYPTIAN COTTON" on eBay. When it arrived, not only was it NOT cotton but 100% polyester, it was also poorly made/finished with fraying seams. I contacted the seller pointing out that I had not received the item I ordered and therefore wished a full refund. They initially claimed "We have never received this complaint before" and offered me a 35% refund. I responded by stating that there were numerous identical complaints both on this platform and eBay, so they were basically lying to me! They then agreed to refund in full on return of the sheet (probably wanted the evidence of their duplicity back!). Looking at their feedback, it appears that much of what they sell is falsely advertised/described. I'm surprised Trading Standards haven't shut them down!

Dire quality. It is not even cotton. It is bike slippery polyester. … do not have anything to do with these people. Just trust your instincts. Good old M and S

I waited two weeks for an item that was supposed to take 48 hours to deliver.
Complained by by email with no answer for a week. The phone number given does not work.
When I finally received a reply they said I had given the wrong address and to check it. Which I did and I had not given the wrong address. Awful service. Don’t buy from them. I still have not received my item.
