The programs are easy to follow and implement with the 24/7 Facebook support. The recipes are simple and down to earth. There are good results as long as one is consistent with the program and you adhere to your calendar.Thank you also for the reasonable pricing

Iam so contented and pleased that I bought FHHM program.I ended up loosing 10kg due to consistency on your structured program.I feel much fitter and healthier at 58 years.I have more self-confidence,impact to society and my mindset has blossomed. I bought FHHM a year ago and am so happy I did. Planned on only loosing 15 pounds but rather ended up loosing 35. I’m the fittest and leanest I have ever been in my 40 years. The workouts are fantastic! I gained much needed self confidence and changed my mindset!! I have met new friends across the sea and love the support I get from the Facebook community. I joined Ironmum as well and have immensely enjoyed it!
I understand this might not be for everyone, especially if you aren’t truly ready to make the changes necessary to be a healthier you. But this is one ‘click’ that was worth it & best yet, I’ve got the tools for a lifetime!! Thank you Sharny & Julius!!!

I have never been able to stick with a program before finding Sharny and Julius’s program. They are so relatable and encouraging.

Best thing I ever did was pay $47 for the FHHM Program!! Not only did I completely transform my body, I transformed my mind completely. I learned how to love me for me! I have grown to love fitness and I am grateful everyday for Sharny & Julius! They truly care deeply for all of us! They are honest and REAL! I also bought their IronMum program and learned how to lift weights properly and tone and build muscle! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE these programs!

The bad reviews can only be from people that did not understand how to use the tools given to them!

I purchased the FHHM program in early 2018 to lose 10 pounds before a beach vacation. I ended up losing 19 pounds in 12 weeks and reached my dream goal weight that I hadn't been since high school/college! The online support, in the private Facebook group, is phenomenal and worth the price of the program, alone! <3

I am a 51 year old mum of 4, 3 young adult children with autism, who was terribly overweight, anxiety was taking over, was struggling every single day to take care of my kids and myself, much less be a good wife or friend. I did have very high motivation to make a change, as it scared me to be struggling to meet the intense needs of my kids.

Not only did I lose 80 pounds, I got more than I ever dreamed becoming a FitMum, then an IronMum and also following the Strong Core program! I feel like life changing doesn’t do it justice! I read through just a few negative reviews and can tell that they have not tried to follow the programs! I’ve been a part of Fitfam for over three years and the other two for almost three! I still use every day what they have taught me, to maintain and live a happy, fit, healthy lifestyle!

Not only do the programs really, really work, the amount of support was so unexpected and has made such a huge difference. Their live videos are always just what I need to keep filling my toolbox, and the Facebook groups are seriously the only reason I stay on Facebook. I have made lifelong friends who inspire me, support me, encourage me, lift me up, check on me when I’m struggling, priceless to be a part of these groups for me.

The biggest thing I have gotten from the programs, learning from them and being a part of the groups is the internal strength and positivity I need every day in my life! I’m so thankful to have found them!!

Oh, and the gear is amazing, and I’d know, I wear it every single day I work out and have for over a year, because it’s the most comfortable and I love the way it looks and feels on! I even wear the bras on days I don’t workout sometimes!! I drink the SJ Shred every morning as it really helps me get going after usually not much sleep with one of my kids who doesn’t sleep much with autism, really helps! Plus, it tastes so yummy, pineapple is my fav!!

Please don’t believe bad reviews and miss up on this opportunity to change your life for the better!! I realize that it may not be for everyone, but I honestly think if people really have it an honest try, that it could be!❤️

This program is so great. I started with the strong core, pelvic floor and learned a lot. My ab seperation is healed! It's been so exciting to start the fit mum portion (I decided to wait). I feel ready to tackle this and I couldn't have a year ago!

I have two of the programs, pelvic floor and healthy fit happy mum. I have seen improvements with both programs. They are adults and keep it real. If want to advice to be "sugar coated", this program is not for you. If you don't want to discuss adult female facts about your body as in some of the comments, its not for you. My time is valuable so the quick exercises for the day is perfect for my schedule and the options in nourishment has great quick recipes as well. I have used these programs with results for a one time fee for resources for life.

Basically a scam! Purchased the strong pelvic floor programme. Haven't even got as far as watching any of the videos but being in the Facebook is enough of an indication that the things required of the programme I am in no way comfortable with! Asked for a refund and was refused. No mention of what's entailed in the programme before you purchase yet it's clear they have these objections frequently. Can't understand why they aren't upfront about it unless they want to con people into paying for something they will never use!

I love the S&J teachings and continues supported provided in their facebook group. So happy I found them. I've lost 10lbs and continuing to lose weight whilst building up my self worth and happiness.

I wish I would've read the reviews before I gave them away $47 for NOTHING. It's a RIP OFF. They don't even Send You the material, I got nothing, and Paypal already took the money out of my Bank account, but they don't refund either. Money given away to these thieves.

SCAM - Very clear reason why it is virtually impossible to leave reviews.
Programme is full of dangerous advice and is basically just a lot of bizarre short videos with no actual exercise involved.
Vulgar language throughout despite being marketed at mums to do while children around.
Dare express disappointment and you’re met with awful abuse.

This is a rip off please dont waste your money, it is not explained properly before you buy!!! the exercises are no different than you would get in a fitness video except there are annoying kids in all of them screaming and shouting so you cant really hear what is going on. They are just taking people money and if you try and get a refund they just stop responding to you. They dont stop sending you marketing crap though!! its just another get rich quick scam!

I asked for a refund about six hours after buying purely because it doesn’t really explain what the program is about. I got messages back saying it would benefit me! I think I am the better judge of that. However no refund and have not replied to my message requesting it again!! They have time to send me adverts though !!! You should be able to have a refund by law and they should explain the program before you have to commit!!

I haven't completed the course but they "couldn't offer me a refund" 12 hours after purchasing "because you get instant access" I'm not entirely sure how much they think I could have done in 12 hours but that tells me all I need to know about this company. Very disappointed.
