Just recently had a garden bench installed by The Shed Factory, absolutely delighted with the end result highly recommend!

Great experience with shed factory. Easy to work with. Came when they said they would . No messing about and quality of work 10 outta 10

Purchased two 16ft x 8ft and one 6ft x 5ft sheds. All of the sheds were installed on the agreed dates and could not have been placed better in the limited space. I was so impressed by the first shed which is used as an art studio with glass all along one side that I ordered another to use as a workshop and storage. It arrived with a door hinged on the right hand side making access difficult. A replacement door was fitted the next day. The potting shed was the last to be installed and this order had been amended by Mick because I had miscalculated the space required. I have bought extra wood from the Shed Factory for brackets and shelving as my ideas and uses develop. I cannot thank the Shed Factory staff enough. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the whole project so stress free, especially so after our neighbour's tree demolished the original structures. Our neighbour also has a Shed Factory shed. I am very satisfied with all three sheds, I could not wish for better. Thank you Shed Factory team.

Visited shed factory just off the Boucher rd recently enquiring about a garden room i was interested in, i found the sales guy there to be very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to, also has a tub of sweets on his desk to offer children, which i thought was a really nice touch..

Just bought my 3rd shed from this company. Salesman joe at boucher rd was courteous.helpful and new his stuff.the guys that built the shed where very good clean workers.a professional firm.would highly recommend

great lads that erected the shed i bought no hassle no mess just two guys who knew their job, could not be more pleased, would i recommend the shed factory 100% i would without a doubt. the quality of the sheds great as well plus great help from staff when ringing their offices.

Avoid avoid avoid. Sales manager Joe is so rude and will mis sell you a product. Don’t believe website prices as they jump and change hourly. I was ripped off . Offered refund then told I’ll lose 20% which was the discounted deal that Joe did not honour. Never ever deal with company, say one thing, sell another. Had to go also and spend a further £50 online purchase for the proper shoes for pergola to secure to ground. Joe said they were with the kit but turned out they were only small angle brackets. First gust of a wind would rip them out of the ground. Avoid avoid avoid. Very agitated anger management by Joe sitting in his wee office in his shorts telling you one price and the website saying another. Rip off artist of the highest order. Avoid avoid avoid. Asked to speak with his superior and he said he was the sales manager and speak only with him. Rude ,arrogant so and so….unbelievable self centred narcissist attitude. I just couldn’t speak with him anymore as he went in and on defending the indefensible. Avoid avoid avoid. On a good note the staff in the distribution office are the most courteous but they said Joe has to deal with this. I’m still waiting on Joes superior to contact me ….maybe they will now , but they don’t care . Avoid avoid avoid.

We purchased a garden room from the Shed Factory, it cost just under £9,000. We had gone to the Boucher Road shop/store spoke at length with the sales guy and made the purchase on the day. We built it and discovered that the garden room is actually smaller than we ordered.
I phoned about this and exchanged a number of emails and was basically told it was my fault for not reading technical specification on their website - at no time had we been told to look at the technical specifications or that they even existed. The sale person rang me and told me that he doesn't ask questions to help a customer make a decision only answers the questions he is asked. Overall the communication was rude and unhelpful. Will never purchase a thing from them again.

What a great company to deal with. I’ve just had my £10k insulated garden shed/room installed and i’m absolutely delighted. There were a couple of little snags which they came back immediately to fix. Great quality, great service. Many thnx Joe, Colleen, John, Michael, Tom & Michael 😃
