I bought the Indie bag, based on photos and the fact it has a built in wallet. This bag is total disappointment. Each of the zips do up differently making the bag awkward to use. The middle section requires two hands to undo because the zip sits up awkwardly at both ends. Which spoils the lines of the bag. The wallet zip is extra long and wraps around this section which allows wide access to your cards, however if you forget this is a long zip which is easy to do because each zip is different it leaves your cards exposed for thieving. The bag is a decent size however it is very stiff and actually does not hold much because of the sectioning. When out and using the bag it is like carrying a brick because of the stiffness and it doesn't look right because of the middle zip sticking up. The workmanship in the bag is really good, and the colour is lovely. I was also disappointed that the bag protector was paper. Considering the cost of over $235 this was a huge disappointment as I have bought cheaper bags that have come with high quality cloth protectors.
Lastly the website is falsly only shows 5 star reviews. After purchase I was asked to leave a review which I wrote a 4 star review based on the problems I had with the bag not on the quality. My review was instantly deleted by the owners system. I tried again, thinking it was an error and again it was deleted. It was then I realised that you could only leave 5 star reviews and everything else was removed. Had I been able to read a review written honestly about the Indie bag, I would have chosen another design from them. Instead all reviews on this website are only fluff. There are no genuine reviews about problems or issues users have found with certain bags. I also reached out to the owner about the bag and no reply was ever received. Nor can you leave Google review. Any business that does not allow for reviews other than 5 stars makes me think they have something to hide. Disappointed not only with this particular style of bag but the lack of clarity that only honest reviews provide.
The way a business responds to a review that's not 5 stars tells alot about a business, but when a business hides less than perfect reviews, then it becomes a trust issue. I wonder how many others have left, less than 5 stars and not been permitted to leave honest reviews.

Lovely bag, their products are very nicely made and different to a lot of other designs. Delivery was prompt. My only recommendation to the business would be to include some more photos of the bags interiors. It is difficult to know what to expect with inside compartments.
