Arrived on time, finish is good, measurements exact, can’t fault the price either, thanks guys, you made installation of our shelves at our new cafe super easy.

I bought from Shelving Direct because the components were made in England not China and delivered from the company in Birmingham. They were excellent to deal with, taking notice of my request about delivery dates and delivering exactly when they said. The shelving (Rax 2 with melamine shelves) is first class quality and easy for my husband and myself to put together, despite us being over 70. We bought 4 sections and it has transformed our garage. Highly recommend this product and company.

Initially had to contact supplier for delivery date as heard nothing after 5 days. Contacted sales and they apologised and followed up keeping me informed. Great chrome mesh shelving, sturdy with options on shelf height

Would not order from them again. Email correspondence was like pulling teeth to get questions answered and even then I had to sort myself. Expensive delivery, no delivery window or warning as to timing and curbside only, so on your own to lift a pallet. No set up instructions, bent pieces provided, not sturdy shelving and not easily adjusted once assembled. Not a great experience.

Although some of the products, supplied by their subcontractor, repeatedly arrived damaged, I was greatly impressed by the speed in which their replacements were arranged by Lisa.

It's easy to assemble provided that you install the shelving sheets as you progress from the bottom and before you install the next shelving supports above. (This is only an issue if you space the shelves closer than 20 inches apart.)
Well designed and manufactured. Although not inexpensive they are excellent value.
