I want thank Zheni Zhelyazkova and her team from Shepherd Harris & Co. Solicitors for the excellent conveyance service they have provided to me. Zheni is extremely professional, always replies to emails promptly, answers queries in detail, is very thorough when researching and does fight for your corner. I have used conveyancers in the past who delegate most of the work to their assistants and still charge you solicitors' fees, are difficult to get in touch and tend not to bother fighting your case in the event that there is any dispute or difficulties along the chain, which can be financially disastrous for the client. I did not experience any of above with Zheni and thanks to her and her team we did not have any dramas or financial losses this time and the sale and purchase went really smoothly.
