The Company were excellent in their dealings with us and kept their quoted price the same without question despite a lengthy planning process. The windows were made to the exact specification we needed and we are already seeing the benefit of them. They look great as well and were made to the same design as the old crittal framed windows but were timber framed and double glazed.

I must however compliment them most of all for their installation team. They were fantastic. They ensured that all furniture was covered up to standards almost approaching a "clean room" environment, in the areas they were working. They worked diligently and were efficient with amazing attention to detail. They kept us informed of their plan and what had been achieved for each day of the installation. We had 16 windows replaced ( some of them very large) and so the process took 6 days but this reflected the care and skill that was taken. They were extremely polite at all times and made sure they left with no mess for us to deal with. I am extremely grateful to this team and the Company provided first class service throughout.

From the initial quote right through the installation, the entire process was a positive one. Every member of the Sherborne team we dealt with were professional, the sales team were open about pricing and different window options, the windows were fitted when they said they would be and the installers were efficient and very tidy.

We are delighted with the quality of the windows and, more particularly, the expert way they were fitted. Any issues were relatively minor but all were promptly and fully addressed. The work was done well within the agreed schedule - on time; in full. And although relatively expensive, the final produce is excellent, and we expect will last decades.

Superb customer service. We moved into a bungalow in March 2021, the previous owners had earlier used Sherborne to replace 6 windows and 2 doors to the front elevation. We decided to install replacement windows and 2 pairs of bifold doors at the rear. The installation went very well and we were very happy with the result. One of the team noticed a small crack in the front door and informed his manager. Sherborne subsequently changed the 10 year guarantee from the original owners into our name and then replaced the door at no charge. Sherborne made all the running and we didn’t have to follow up at any time. I have no hesitation in recommending Sherborne as a reliable and professional company.

Sherborne installed new sash timber windows for us and we are absolutely delighted with them. Rob led the team who fitted them over three days and was just great, we loved his attention to detail and helpful attitude to the installation. We would definitely use this company again and recommend to others.

Cannot fault Sherborne in anyway. From start to finish always very helpful and professional with every detail, from the beginning surveys until completion. The builders did a fantastic job, kept to a precision timetable and always left area clean and tidy at the end of each day. The fitters were again extremely professional and informative. I am more than pleased with the end result, and have had lovely comments how good the new bifold doors are. Also worth paying the extra to include the internal Venetian blinds, these are an absolute godsend.
Good to know that any issues, they are just a phone call away.
I would certainly use and recommend Sherbournes every time.

We are delighted with our new conservatory.

We have had our old conservatory replaced, with new frames, a gable end rather than a lean to, solid roof, new lighting and power points, removal of patio door to make an open plan lounge/diner. It's everything we hoped for.

The timeframes were slightly longer than originally estimated, the project started about 3-4 weeks later than planned and took 5 weeks to complete rather than 3. Not a big issue in my books as the customer service was excellent and responsive through out and a quality product has been achieved. We are so pleased.

The sales team, office team, project managers were all great to deal with. Any minor questions or minor issues have been dealt with promptly. The installation team were friendly, professional, hard working (even in the terrifically hot weather) with good attention to detail and incredibly tidy!

We also feel Sherborne were competitive on price and had a fair payment schedule. (we got 4 quotes)

Thanks to all at Sherborne, we are happy to recommend you to others and will definitely use you again in future.

The men who replaced my windows were very efficient and I was thrilled with the result! Nothing was broken and no mess was left.

New conservatory.
Very pleased with the workmanship and would recommend. They listened to our requirements and kept us informed throughout.

We would like to thank the team for all of the work that went into our beautiful conservatory. We are extremely happy with it. It blends in so well with the rest of the house, both inside and out. We have gained a room, even though the footprint was always there - now we have a space which we wish to spend a lot of time in and it will be lovely to watch the garden change over the seasons from it.

Thank you to Chris Littlewood for the thought which went into the design. The stud wall works well and will hopefully keep the room a
little more insulated in the colder months. Sasha and Josh worked hard
and were pleasant to have around the house. Sasha was skilled in his workmanship and Josh was keen to learn. Jeremy was always on hand for any queries and rectified any concerns immediately.
