Very poor service

Bought 3 items, and a few days later got an email to confirm it had been shipped. 2 weeks later, it still had not arrived, emailed them to receive an update on the shipping, and after 1 week there was still no reply. I phoned them, and the man on the phone was very dismissive. Rather than giving me an update on my order as I asked, he told me that I sent it to the wrong email address (I used the "contact us" section on their website, which clearly doesn't work). After emailing to the right address, a few days later, still no reply! Then when it arrived, I got only 1 of the items I ordered. A week later and the other items still hasn't arrived. I live in the UK, and they are based in the UK, so I am quite surprised at how long this is taking! I phoned again, and they told me they were out of stock, even though I received an email saying it was shipped. Very poor customer support.

Does not deliver

Ordered a couple of items from them. One was delivered whilst I was not at home (over 2 weeks after the order was placed). The receipt contained all the items with something unintelligible written on it. Their website is called shoecareshop but their address shows widefitshoes on google maps. Widefitshoes however has their own website.
From shoecareshop shipping page:
"Most orders are delivered on weekdays (Between 8:30am to 6:00pm) to your door within the time specified. Please note for most items the recipient is required to sign for the goods on delivery." I did not sign anything.
"For items that are not usually held in stock, please allow an additional 5-10 working days for delivery. Should there be any unexpected further delay, we will notify you at the earliest (and you can cancel your order at any time if the delay is unacceptable to you). Please note that the delivery times mentioned here are only a guide and therefore they may vary with different addresses and postcodes." I waited for 2 weeks before deciding to email them. They did not respond to their email. I called them and was told that the website had the wrong email and was then told another email address. Before I could sort out the purchase they hung up on me. I emailed the new address and they still did not respond. On their shipping page they also mention "Please note although every effort is made to deliver goods on time/date specified delays may still take place under situations beyond our control for e.g. bad weather conditions, severe traffic problems, sorting errors, loss/stolen goods etc. Once the goods have been collected from our premises by the courier, we no longer have any control of the delivery of the goods. Although courier problems happen rarely we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item. For the avoidance of doubt, Widefitshoes will not refund the standard delivery charge if the courier has failed to deliver the item(s) on the anticipated delivery date. The couriers work at a 95-98% efficiency level for completing deliveries on time, therefore it is a good possibility that goods will be delivered on time specified."
I have received many items since and still have only 1 of the goods which I ordered from them. Upon calling them for a second time (over 3 weeks since I placed the order) after much delay they told me that my items must have been lost in the post and they offered to deliver a different product to me for free. I told them that I wanted what I ordered and they agreed that they would send it to me within 4 to 5 working days. I will update this review when and if I receive my items.
