I ordered a pair of Padders and when my husband tried them they were a size too big. I sent them back and quickly received a credit note. I ordered a new pair the correct size and my husband is thrilled both with the shoes and the service.

With no quibble or fuss the shoes.co.uk sent me a return postage label via their web returns page and sent me the correct size. this did not cost me a penny in postage and the replacements arrived very fast (in time for her school term start.

Beautiful suade and lovely detailing. Bought them for my daughter's birthday present and they fit really well. The sizes run slightly large, which is fantastic and they make her feet look small! She loves FLY LONDON boots for their style and comfort. Delivery and packaging excellent. Would highly recommend. Would also say that if you are a lady with size 10 feet I would try the 9 in these. Come on manufacturers, catch up, people's feet are getting bigger! X

I bought a pair of very sought after Lelli Kelly school shoes for my daughter. When they arrived they were too big. Sent them back the same day only to realise that the size under and most model in the size I wanted were sold out. There was one style left I called the customer service to find out if they could reserve the style in the size I wanted before they get sold out whilst they are waiting for the shoes I sent back, they reserved it which was great because the style got sold out too.
Just received the shoes today, they are perfect and I have one happy girl! Excellent customer service, very helpful and one happy customer because having to shop for school shoes two weeks to starting school is a parent's nightmare!
