due to the fact that my right foot is the larger I tried that boot on - unfortunately it was uncomfortable yet a next size up would have been too big. Unfortunately I returned them for a refund. The boot was lovely and warm-just the thing for the winter months.

Buying shoes is a worry in case they don't fit. The first pair I got were my usual size 10, but they were a bit small. The returns system worked well and a size 10.5 arrived which I am very happy with.

Slippers advertised as in stock were in fact out of stock. Wasted my time and the companies time. Will not order on line again as this has been my experience of most internet companies.
