I purchased some sandals from this online store. Unfortunately my fault i ordered a size larger because the looked narrow at the toes. But when they arrived I couldnt keep them on my feet. But they are lovely Sandal. I will take them into Bolton store and replace them. I hope they have them in store. Highly recommended. Great price, quick delivery. Thanks. Christine Southern.

A very impressive free next day delivery service, BUT, parcel was left by our wheely bin and not the porch which was the nominated place. No photo proof of delivery either, so if parcel was taken we had no proof to obtain refund.

Very pleased with Shoezone, I went into my local store and they didn't have my size in a lovely pair of mules, and the store assistant said they could order them in and send to my address the very next day free of charge, I couldn't believe it, but it was free, I received regular updates on my delivery and my mules did turn up the very next day. Also by signing up I got a £5 off voucher sent to my email towards my next order if I spend £19.99 and thats fantastic. Thank you Shoezone

Excellent shop and excellent service. They didn't have the size I needed in stock but sent it by post. Arrived the next day! Ordered more shoes online. Again arrived in a day. Was told if not suitable they can be returned to a branch for a refund. Vast range of stock as well. I'll certainly be using them more often.

Really lovely sandals but the strap around the ankle isn't very long so can't do them up fully. Still wearable though

Shoe shops? Seemed to have disappeared from the high street, likes of Tesco and Asda etc choices now.
I was struggling to find shoes I wanted / needed and came across Shoezone, unfortunately being in Glasgow the nearest store for me was Carlisle.
No matter, I ended up buying 4 pairs online and they arrived, very quickly, looked great and I was happy, keeping 2 pairs.
The other 2 I returned via their online system, collected the next day and now just awaiting the refund.

BOOTS were not delivered for collection as notified. Staff at my nearest shoe zone discovered items
had not been sent - they organised that they should be sent to my home address the next day. Confirmation e-mail of this arrangement stated they would be delivered the next week 14 JUL!! Next e-mail said they would be delivered today - arrived this afternoon. Boots had been worn; mud and soil on soles!

Went into Hemel shoezone to buy more than one pair of plimsoles but only found one. While I was there I took advantage and ordered the other pairs, so easy and quick and I had a next day delivery. Hemel shop is pleasant to shop in and the staff are very helpful.

I'm glad I chose well with these shoes as they're very comfortable especially as I've had foot surgery and didn't have 'that special pair' I could quickly default to without experiencing discomfort. Good find!!!! Thanks Shoezone.
