We ordered a personalised luggage strap for a friend who was travelling in 5 days time. Although the normal delivery for thiis item was 10 days they pulled out all the stops at our request and it was delivered in 4 days. Excellent service and communication. We will definitely use Shopeezee again.

Lovely item and was very impressed with the service orded it on the 25th may 2010 and it arrived at my door the following day by a lovely delivery man on the 26th may 2010 and i bought it for my grandsons birthday so he sure is going to be delighted with it ridding round the airport

I ordered a cheap bum bag, as I need something to carry essentials around when I am cycling and riding. The one ordered looked good on the site but when I got it I was disappointed in the catch, which was cardboard, not metal as it appeared in the picture, and very flimsy, and it didn't shut properly. I bagged it up and sent it back with no expectations of getting a decent replacement, but 2 days later another one arrived, and it was fine. I was very pleasantly surprised that the replacement arrived so quickly. Thanks!

A mistake was made on my delivery:I got a suitcase with a small broken part attached in an envelop. I complained and was impressed by the response:I was given 2 immediate follow-up calls,an explanation,genuine apologies for the inconvenience and options[I love choices]
Mistakes happen.What makes a good service is honest people who care. Yes I would recommend the Company to my friends.

I found a specific piece of luggage for a great price (American Tourister By Samsonite Urban City Expandable Spinner 66cm), ordered late Sunday night, called Monday to ask for next-day delivery since I was going on a trip in a couple days. Rep said it couldn't be dispatched in time, so I cancelled the order. I got a call later in the day saying they had located one suitcase in the warehouse, did I still want it the next day? For an extra 4.99 I had the suitcase the next day! Excellent customer service!

I ordered the Members Multifunctional backpack for my 17'' macbook pro, since this one looked quite slim compared to all other bags I've checked out. Order on a friday night, processed on monday, had the bag tuesday! Great service and love the bag, so comfortable my laptop doesn't seem as heavy as it does in my other bags. Oh and a great price to! Highly recommended.

Order my suitcase on thursday night, paid for next working day delivery (my order was placed after 7 pm on thursday) and my suitcase arrived on monday! There is also an option for saturday delivery if you need it!

We ordered two hard shell suitcases which where delivered to Inverness. One item had a defect and Kevin Naga was informed. A replacement was received quickly with no fuss. We would shop with Shopeezee again, highly recommend them and thank them for their excellent customer service.

I would like to amend my previous review. Since I wrote the review Jason Naga has got on the case and he sorted it out in a day. Ri2k , who supplied the bag, had put paperwork in the box with the bag. I had muddled up the labels and sent it back to Ri2k and not to shopeezzee, that is why they couldn't trace the return and why I had not received a replacement or refund. There was obviously much confusion in the phone calls between us but Jason sorted it very quickly. The mix up and problems were not Shopeezzee's fault.
My only disappointment is that during the whole returning process they didn't reply to my emails or return my calls until Jason got involved. I still think that the communication between them and the customer needs to be better but I am happy with how quickly it was sorted out and pleased with my fabulous handbag!

I wanted an American Tourister. I ordered it 7 days ago. They cancelled my order without telling me. When I called they said they needed to check my card details. Then they said the order would take another 3 - 4 days. On the 4th day I get an email saying "did you get my email, the item is out of stock?" Well d'oh, no, I didn't. Offered me a bigger suitcase at same price and another 3 - 4 days delivery. Lucky I'm not travelling this week. No, I won't be using them again. I won't recommend them to anyone else either.

I ordered a 20" monster laptop bag and it shipped to Denmark within 4 days, which is generally average. I inquired about when it would arrive and they told me precisely when it would come. Price could have been better, but otherwise service was wonderful and an easy shopping experience.

I tried ordering a suitcase last Thursday, it's supposed to take 72 hours to arrive. It's now been seven days. I didnt recieve any emails to inform me of any problems. Upon ringing them they informed me that the colour of the suitcase I ordered was out of stock, and promised a different colour to me the next day (today). I waited until 4pm before ringing them again to find out what was happening, and they told me that it was in transit and will arrive today. It's now 7.30pm and I'm going on holiday tomorrow. I'm now suitcase-less, and they took the money out of my account on Wednesday. Bad times.

After submitting a negative review of our experience with shopeezee we were contacted by the company who apologised for what had happened and explained what had caused the delay. We were given an immediate refund and sent 2 free sets of luggage scales as a goodwill gesture as well as being offered a discount on the luggage itself. It's good that a large company takes customer care seriously and will put things right if a problem occurs.
