The watch arrived a month ago but was not the product in the ad' as, apart from the body colour being different the screen was monochrome rather than 4 colour as in the photograph. After exactly 30 days use the Fittech Lux (?) started to malfunction by no longer recording sleep pattern and duration. Some of the other measurements (heart and respiration rates) have been suspect from Day 1. I contacted Fittech about both issues. No response to the fact that the product is not as depicted. Response to request for refund/exchange and they cited their Terms & Conditions! As product cost less than $100 they are simply 'sorry'. Priduct is cheap for a good reason!

This is a deceitful company who lies about what their products can do. I was killed or a specific feature and this company said their products could deliver. They lied, it cannot and what's worse is that they reduce the price and then have a policy that they don't do returns of under 100.00 dollars. This company wants to make money off their dishonesty! Stay away!!!

YOU CANNOT REACH THEM BY PHONE (their lines are always too busy, their items are in back order) OR EMAIL.

Their web page looks very professional however it is a scam as far as I am concerned.

Following a very bad experince I had with SHOPFITTECH, I do feel compelled to warn as many people as possible, to NEVER, EVER ORDER ANYTHING AT ALL, FROM SHOPFITTECH.
Back in March, 16, 2019, I ordered an item from this company, and up to now, July,16,2019, I have not received that item, I bought and paid in full, despite numerous email, I sent to the SO CALL customers services, reminding them about that matter, I have not receved it yet.
To me, it is a GREAT LACK of consideration towards the customers, who are paying their wages.
So PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, anyone who would come across SHOPFITTECH, DO NOT TRY TO ORDER ANYTHING AT ALL, because I would not like anyone experiencing, the great lack of respect, like I did.

Customer service did not care that I was unhappy that it took a month to get my product, Mark A. took a hour or more to respond, I was lied to and ignored multiple times, site is misleading and no returns on anything that they say is on sale(which is every item they offer). Slow shipping. Phony reviews no way every review is 5 star and they would not show me where to leave a review on the website. The v11 watch works half the time, often doesn't recieve text or link exact time with my note 8. Worst online experience I have ever had. Terrible company buyer beware, as a update my watch stopped working after 2 months and all customer service now is automated

Sent me a defective item and refused to believe me when I said it was defective, accused me of lying. After a lot of emails, they finally stated they would refund me if I returned the item. I return the item and then they tell me they will not refund me and accuse me of using the item for 30 days and sending back (even though I sent them shipping records showing I had it for 6 days total). Awful awful company
